Do you prefer the long format (this video), or the short 10-15 minute (more edited) versions better?

10-15 minutes, but I'll watch this one since it's Bryan's paydirt.
I personally prefer the 10-15 minute videos. I usually watch them during breaks from working. A 10-15 minute video is a much more justifiable break than a 45-60 minute video.
I like long. (Watching this as I type lol)

Hey Shane, I can honestly say that I enjoyed the longer video. I actually got to see some of the process that I was missing on the faster videos. I know that some people want you to just jump to the end but for me I love the longer video. Happy hunting and congrats on the home.
I agree, the long format allows us to see the nuances of panning. If we want to see it faster we can just skip along. Thanks!
definitely DEFINITELY prefer the long format. This format is far more interesting, and your comments, which would have been cut out in a shorter format were quite informative. There's a time when the short format - a 'quick-n-dirty' panning where the short format would be fine, and one like this... every step of the entire process was worth watching!
I’m glad you did an extended version. For those of us who have never done it before (live in Louisiana), it is helpful to see exactly how long it takes to separate and pan each classification. It’s also helpful to see how hard you pan into the water and swing the material back.
Now, with that being said, I wouldn’t want to see EVERY video made like this. But it was nice to see a difficult one. Maybe do one with an easier paydirt and a medium one?
I lived in Alaska for about 5 years and never went gold panning…wish I would have, but I was too busy fishing lolol

Really enjoyed this long format dude. Saw a lot that I would ordinarily fill in the blanks myself e.g. seeing surfactant in action, seeing gold get caught up in wet magnetite. Awesome work 🙌

Shane, your videos are amazing. When I was in the hospital in early 2020, not from covid, your coin search live streams gave me so much to listen to while resting. I’ve come full circle now. This is the first gold panning video I ever watched. I just panned my third, fourth, and fifth bags of Klesh products yesterday, and I am HOOKED! I love it. So relaxing. I needed this in my life right now and I can’t thank Klesh enough for introducing me to it! Klesh Krumbs are awesome little bags by the way! Your show brings back the memories of summers in the early 70's when I was panning in Clear Creek. I'm now living just south of the Bendigo gold fields.
As someone that has never panned,i really enjoyed this longer version format,I have seen lots of panning videos..but its always ..yeah yeah just pan it..what they don't show are the subtleties and touch you need to ( especially
on the very fine concentrates) to get all the gold you can..excellent

I had gotten my bags of paydirt from Golden Paydirt and I got screwed on every bag I ever got. I would leave bad reviews every time but of course they wouldn't post them.
I might at best get out of any one bag of theirs, 4 or 5 micro pieces of gold. Needless to say I deleted them from my life.
I've never seen that much gold come out of any bag.

Dude...dont mind the longer format at all. Folks who dont like it can fast forward. But im sure most dont mind at all. This video helped me out...A TON! I thought I was the only one who had tons of problems with black sand. I dont mind cuz I have alot of tine to work with it. But sometimes it does get hectic! Glad to know we are in the same boat.

I like the longer format because I have more to watch on my 12 work shift.
I used to pan in Clear Creek often, but closer to Commerce City. It was always quite funny to see people's reactions as I would pan wherever I could get access to the river legally, lol. I moved back to the western slope of Colorado almost 2 years ago because it is just getting too crowded for me on the front range. To answer your questions: I prefer the longer format. It relaxes me to watch the gold appear as you work it. I also do not mind you talking, but it is not necessary. Sometimes it is good to hear what is pertinent to what you are currently doing.
Very much enjoyed the long , informative video!! Seeing everyone doing the fast forward and cut always, I forget how long it really takes to pan!!

I always like the mix of long and short, but sitting by the fire in goldless Connecticut while the winter storm howls outside the longer narrated version was awesome! Plus a great ROI from a great company! Scott
