This is the worst stove/range I've ever owned. - the ranges are bowed in the middle - oil pools to the inner sides of the pans while frying. Ilve says this is "NORMAL" - the burners have NO control - mostly too hot - you cannot make rice without burning the bottom of the pan. - the oven temps are all over the place set it to 200F, get 250F, set it to 450F get 400F. - the built-in "oven cooling fan" BLOWS OUT the range burners if they are on. So using the oven and the range at the same time is nearly impossible. - the center burner is undersized and doesn't heat the griddle evenly. I cook everyday and have used many ranges: GE, Wolf, Viking, Samsung, Thermador, etc. I've never experienced anything like this. I could never have imagined how much I regret this purchase. Oh and the support is non-existent. I've spent many many hours over the past 6 months trying to get help, only to receive non-solutions for these problems because the units are terribly designed and terribly built. Do not buy.
@@marizza4 hi there, sorry to say they haven’t resolved anything and communication has gone dark from them. This outfit is incredibly unprofessional and IMO shouldn’t be allowed to do business. The problems are inherent in the design and build of the unit - it’s not like I got a “broken” one - they can’t fix it because they are not designed to be used. If you plan to cook on your range I wholeheartedly recommend to look elsewhere.

Wow, I was planning to go to the Orlando expo to see this one but after reading your current problems I think not. A little red flag went up after I was unable to get them to respond to an inquiry email.
ILVE make and sell a very good product in Australia. Not sure what models they have in the US, however, it sounds like your stove has not been installed and set up correctly. Hi! Did you resolve any issues with the stove? I am planning to buy the 120 cm one (I think that’s 40 inch or 36🤷♀️).
