you get a registration form and either mail it or you can do it over the internet. (i've never mailed it so i don't know how that goes) for me (since i did it over the internet) after you pay they give you a comfirmation letter in your email and then you just keep it until the day of ndk (print it out and all) and pic up your pass. (they don't mail the passes to you, you have to pick them up at the convention).
