American here. Tipping exists so that instead of the business paying their employee a living wage they guilt the customer into doing it. Everyone is stuck in this game of chicken where if one business were to charge upfront what they should to pay the employee and another business didn't and had cheaper menu prices but expected tip the tipping business would probably get more customers so everybody is trapped in that system.
at 22:54 you talk about gratuity and tipping. At a lot of restaurants if your group size is big (usually 6 or more people) the restaurant automatically charges 18-20% "gratuity." You are NOT expected to tip on top of included gratuity.
Dry socket is the most painful thing I've ever experienced. I got to visit Australia when I was in the U.S. Air Force. We went to Darwin for a week from Guam. We took our B-52s to Darwin to do ground avoidance training for the aircrews. I had a lot of fun. We went to a crocodile farm and got to see them feed dead chickens to these huge saltwater crocs.Good times! While there I was introduced to Victoria Bitter (VB) beer. We loved it. We even brought VB with us when we went to Guam. I've told Austrians this story and every single one of them has told me VB was a terrible beer, and no true Aussie drinks it. They still do not export VB to the states. 🙁
"America has a lot of roads. They're everywhere and they wind and stuff" This is the kind of insight I clicked subscribe for 👌👌👌 Edit: Ok now you're discussing the meaning of life 😂 the levels of this stream is top notch This stream was a long time coming and appreciated
??? Flippers can exist in different areas and not have to have the same description. Flippers in a card hobby is basically anyone who buys to "flip" for profit quick. Goes for any resale market. Flippers aren't hoarding either that's "investors" Scalpers are basically Flippers who take it to the extreme.
"A lot of people are looking for confirmation because they dont have that inherent knowledge"
Spot on 👏

So enforce a minimum wage system for restaurant workers . Make it law .

Also, as a resident, the UK is good and i'm not pissed off all the time 🙂
I was here for history thank you for fixing the us homeless problem 😂
Flippers improve the product, like a house. They can't exist in a collectible market. Scalpers, on the other hand, hoard new product and deal in FOMO.
