Offspring might of faced the worst backlash of any artist ever for changing labels. I think it completely changed their trajectory.. like the punk scene has permanently branded them sellouts so they're like okay might as well make silly MTV songs.

Ah 94-95 the only time in history where 3 punk bands had platinum records. Dookie, smash and don't forget and out come the Wolfe's
