Everyone is overlooking one fact, that Brainiac essentially has all of the control, and Lex has shown he hates not being able to control the variables.
It was great seeing Michael in the classic Lex Luthor look, and Tom Cavanaugh as Darkseid minion Glorious Godfrey. While this was a very small scene at the end with John Henry and Natalie, I was surprised that they referenced "Mr. Gorman" as a tech genius on their world (Richard Pryor's Gus Gorman from Superman III).
I just realized when John's laptop gets taken over by Milton Fine, it's a bunch of Green Skulls that bounce around the screen... hinting at Brainiac's skull ship and Brainiac's green skin.
G. Gordon Godfrey has to be the DC character they mentioned being surprised they were allowed to use. His biggest role in DC was during "Legacy", where he lead a smear campaign against heroes and turned the public against them. Seems like his current role in this series as well.

I'm thinking Darkseid will appear in Superman & Lois Season 4 episode 10. Everything adds up, Bruno Manheim and Intergang were apart of Superman & Lois Season 3 and Gordon Godfrey was in this weeks episode. Next week during Superman & Lois Season 4 episode 9, Lex Luthor and Brainiac will be defeated.
I do remember people talking about that but I also saw people make another point, in how since he got super sized, technically his organs would be pretty huge too. So, I'm not sure it would fit that well in Clark's body haha - not to mention, just replacing Sam Lane's heart would undermine his sacrifice a bit and what they're kinda going with in the story this season for Superman as it all comes to a close, so I doubt this will happen.

Why has Clark avoided going to the fortress since his return? It seems too convenient if the fortress is where Bizaro/Doomsday went after leaving Lois and Jon. It's a good possibility he went to the only person he knew, this universe's version of his mother. 🤔
I remember Milton getting upset and John Henry saying the suit was losing power from the beating it was taking, so that’s why they pulled it away and over to get upgraded for Lex 👍🏻

Off topic ( sorry) but love to hear casting hopes for characters yet to be seen. In this verse I’d go - Pratt- Batman ( I think one of the big 3 needs to be someone who can bring people to the seats. He can play serious ( Terminal List) and I’m assuming even Batman will have humor so he has experience there. Mostly I think his Star power may draw too much attention took away from the big 3 if he’s NOT cast in the role. Other option I think is Aquaman Wonder Woman- don’t have a good idea for this one but I’d like to see her depicted like an fibb bikini fitness model physique. Of the big 3 she’s the only one exposed really so I think it would be a cool switch if she was visibly a bit ripped in a feminine way. Flash- Igby Rigney ( think it’s important to have a future main character a young one. Aquaman- Travis Fimmel Constantine- Ewan Mcgregor ( I know Scottish but I always pictured him 🤷♂️)

I know that the dialog is heavily implying that Clark will grow old with Lois, and dying, maybe before her, but they are both Kryptonian, and kind of the same person. If General Lane's suped up heart was able to be used, Doomsday should be even better, backwards or not.
Pretty good ep... loved seeing Tom Cavanagh again... I feel his character was channeling a bit too much Flash/Arrowverse tone than the tone of Superman and Lois... cuz he played such characters for so many years. So it turns out that the Lex Warsuit will end up being a modified version of Steel's suit by way of Milton Fine, who at this point... seems to just be a "computer genius" and not necessarily the BRAINIAC we are thinking... just as a pet name. And Tom's character Godfrey... with his catchphrase Glorious Day... Glorious Godfrey... in the comics is aligned with DARKSEID though I seriously doubt that are bringing in Darkseid this late into the game. I am sorry to say that the slowest part of this ep for me was still all the teenage romance stuff. Finally Michael Cudlitz is looking like a Lex Luthor, as he should... took awhile to get there, but this is more like it.
But seriously, if they can make it to the sun in minutes in a vacuum and move faster than the speed of sound and even weakened Clark changes costume faster than a camera frame lex "disappearing" should be so damn easy its almost negligent that Clark has let his family stay this vulnerable for this long when he can make lex the first human (remains) on Mercury
It's time. It's time for Lex Luthor to finally be taken out of the picture for good. This is a different Superman universe, so this Luthor can be eliminated. All of us fans that have followed Superman since the 1970s can finally get some sweet, sweet justice. There will still be evil Lex's out there in the multiverse.

My prediction is Doomsday's going to fight lex luthor while he's in his now lex suit and he's going to turn around and pull out the heart doomsday is going to destroy him but he's going to pull out that heart and Doomsday's heart is going to go into Clark.
