- I acquired a 1996 Yamaha Virago XV750 for next to nothing. It has sat in a garage for roughly 10 years untouched. Fortunately it is in great shape and getting it running shouldn't be too difficult. The question remains... what do I do with it??

If you still have this bike, you should bring it back on the channel! This is your second most watched video to date. Us Virago people are always looking for new content on those old gems!
Leaving it like it is would be a great idea
I have a 1993 Virago 750 and has just passed 35000 km on it .
70 years oldnorwegian man...Evertonian of course !! 😀✌
I have the same bike, a '93. I've been motorcycling for twenty-five years, and I've only owned the Virago. I rode it yesterday, in fact.
to remove that crust in the gastank .. white vinegar with a chain inside the tank .. yes a chain about 2 feet worth .. to swish around and rub the rust, should come out nicely oh and use a chain instead of bolts cause its easier to get the chain back out haha
Leave that bike as it is!!
No way, I bought this from you today! You did a great job! I was an apprentice at a motorcycle shop for almost 2 years through highschool. Very pleasantly surprised to see my bike on youtube and see that you knew what you were doing. Cheers mate thanks again.
Haha awesome! Glad to see someone will appreciate it. Stay safe my man!

The bike as is,sounds and rides beautiful . That V twin with the bottom end torque will be Ideal for a off road buggy.....
You know it HAS to happen...
I think you may be on to something here 🤔
Leave it be! Nice bike.
Hey body, keep that precious bike!!!
What did you do with the Virago? It's too nice to cut it up (in my opinion.)
tou need media and make a tank roller and turn it on and let it turn a cuple of hrs and check then use cracked corn to finish
I recently purchased a 95 Yamaha virago making the same high pitch noice when revved. Is that normal or is there a way to delete it ?
How much did you give for it homie?
where do i buy wiring harness i need it cheap
Any luck, I need a wiring harness also. 1997 1100
Let me know if you have any luck.
You can also fill the tank with vinegar to clean up any rust you couldn't blast with the pressure washer.
I am actually about to clean it again and coat the inside. It started rusting again very quickly. Using some stuff that should keep it sealed for a very long time
So what happened
I ended up selling it. Was in too nice of shape to turn into something else
