Often we are so used to serving others that we forget our own needs and desires and in my coaching business I help people get back to themselves, let go of the carrots that promised happiness, but never really brought you luck and also the negative beliefs that you accumulated over the years and do not serve you any longer.

Never rush yourself on solo trips. I try to express that on the solo page but people still think they have to rush around. They think they have to get everything done in a day when they have other days in their vacation.
