Watching Knapsack Kid in cinema is so touching. I can't believe i cried. Not just me but everyone who's watching. And now this?? I'm flabbergasted. I thought knapsack is the last. This anime is SO Underrated yet it still cooking! I'm really glad I watched and rewatching just to understand it specially first season.
Good to see theres still some fans of the show. I hope theres a season 2. Also I like to see people posting videos of Christianity, even if they're barely seen, theyll come to those who need it most. Thank you for trying to make the world a better place!
It definitely makes sense to make a season 2 but i feel like if after volume 14 the story gets personal again like about maybe sakuta and mai's marriage i feel like movies would make more sense you know
Yeah, I think the same. Like it could have a season 2, but the end could be a movie adapting like 1 or 2 more novels to finish it! Just not a movie for every single story like it's kind of been lately.
I agree, I have seen all 3 movies and the last 2 don't quite have the same production quality or fleshed out story as Rascal Does Not Dream of a Dreaming Girl. I think they would be better adapted in anime form and maybe it could be like a season 1.5 before the University Arc would start 😅
Truth be told I hope the very last thing is released in movie format, I feel like it would be a shame if we didnt get to see rascal does not dream in theaters after knapsack kid, such a good friggin film
I found out about the double feature of "Sister Venturing Out" and "Knapsack Kid" two days after it ended as a limited engagement at a local movie theater. I also found out the theater did a one time showing of "End of Evangelion" (which I have had on DVD since the early 2000's) that I would have also gone to see. Lesson learned: Keep a close eye on the limited engagement section at all the local theaters
I fully expect a season 2, along with an announcement of volume 14 of the LN sometime soon. I don't expect it to go past 15 or 16 volumes, especially since Hajime Kamoshida said the last arc was starting soon. If it goes past 14 volumes, I'm expecting one more movie to finish it off
Yeah, I think the same thing since season 1 adapted 5 light novel volumes. And it's very likely we only have a few more volumes left since we're in the final arc. We're not too far away from the series finishing up, and one last movie to end the series could very well happen. Just not a movie for every story like we've been getting lately
@@caseyp5861 that's exactly what I think, based on how they've adapted the rest of the series so far. I'm just happy we got a confirmation that the whole arc is being adapted.
It only run for 2 weeks in theatre, from 25 Jan to 7 Feb. Today the last day so to speak for Singapore in theatre run. Watched the movie several times and enjoyed it
It's already released in Japan, but there is no word yet on a release to other countries as of now 😢 Will most likely be 3-6 months before they release it to other countries, but I'll let you all know if that changes.
Just watched Sister venturing out yesterday. It was perfect. I’m counting the seconds until knapsack kid, and the university arc.
I bet man, I still need to watch it and can't wait to see it!

@@BlessedSenpai very true
The should do the demon slayer approach and tun the movies into anime episodes and add some extra stuff the might have skipped in the movies

I am here late but it has been announced that volume 15 will be the final volume.
@@caseyp5861 yeah, I saw that too. I expect a full season and possibly a movie. I'd hate for them to stuff 6 volumes into a 13 episode season.
@@dreaming_rascalI am not a novel reader, but I expect season two to cover up to volume 14 and then a final movie to cover volume 15.
