I haven't watched auto racing in a very long time, I can't' relate to the new cars so much. But I watched this whole race and was enthralled. It looks like a Blast!, I really like that I can relate to the cars I own as to what their potential is. The GT6 is a beast and you handle it so well. Congrats on the win and hope to see more vids next year!
Great PoV when combined with Stefan's. Shame the race was cut a bit short by technical problems. Hope to see you this year, stay off the hay at turn 4!
Well done Brian! Racing at Schenley is a special challenge as you well know, but it is always fun racing with someone I can trust around that course. I'm not sure if I could have driven my Sonett differently enough to both keep the brakes for the entire race and keep ahead of you, but I got it wrong by only one lap... So maybe! See you next year!
Interesting to see a more powerful faster car have a similar line / behaviour pattern to my TD!! Albeit mine is in slower motion! You seem to come off throttle earlier than I'd expect before the Westinghouse turn. Thanks for the video.
This car looks really nicely setup. Is there any more info about this car anywhere on the web? Just curious how the suspension is setup, etc. Well done!
Great racing, Brian! I was wondering what happened to Vappa (# 97) as he fell far back from my vantage point on that lap (turn 13). And then Darren's (# 118) differential blew...wow! You three were giving us a very entertaining race. Here is my footage of the whole race from turn 13: ua-cam.com/video/-pnsF-UtBEs/v-deo.html
That was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed seeing that race. Thanks.
Fabulous consistent driving, enjoyed the race and your strategy notes.

One of the best ever. Thanks to you as well.

Westinghouse...carrying a lot of speed and the penalty for blowing through the braking zone is very severe...those concrete walls are stiff!
