Thank you very much for watching the video 😀
Your video took me to my stay in UK long ago in 1991. I was in my 40s. Now, I am 73. I was a Post Doctoral fellow in Biotechnology at Wye College in Kent County, UK. I had a similar 6 room accomodation at Hostel. In our flat, two Ph.D. students each from Turkastan and Egypt. 5 th one was from France and myself from India. Well equiped kitchen and toilet block was common. Rest of the facilities were exactly similar. I was getting fellowship of 1200 Sterling Pounds per month, out of which I had to pay 300 Pounds per month as hostel charges. One Pound was equivalent to Rs. 30/-. Great wonderful period of one year in beautiful countryside of UK. The college was 600 years ( Six Hundred years ) old under the London University. Now recently it is taken over by the famous Imperial College, London. Thanks
Thank you very much for watching the video and I am happy that I could bring back those good old evergreen memories for you 😃 Wow, pursuing a PhD at that time when you had fewer resources at hand was surely a deal. It is very inspirational and thank you for sharing your experience here. Truly it is an experience worth cherishing and it teaches a lot of things. ☺️ Thank you.
We liked this video too ❤❤, but you can't tell town place in uk. My daughter is living humberston near greamsbi, cleathorpes. I know this atmosphere
Thank you for sharing! I live in Aber, Ceredigion, Wales

Thank you very much for watching the video 😃
Sharing
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀 Yes, it is in sharing.
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀 I usually keep my things in my compartments. If you keep it in shared compartments, everyone uses it then.
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀
Room partners
Pratyekache office che timings vegvegle ahet. General goshtinvar bolna kinva charcha hote 😃
Rent per month is O.K. because minimum income is 1500 pounds. I have seen salary 10 pounds per hour.
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀
Where do you stay?
I stay in Cardiff
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀 I stay in Aber.
How many square feet..Its suburbs or central London ?
Hi, thank you very much for watching the video. I cannot tell the sq. ft. value because it’s a shared house and it is in Wales.
@@Gauri_Tambe ok.
Kuthlya city’s aahe
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀 I stay in Aber, Ceredigion, Wales.
Ho avdla
Thank you very much for watching the video 😃
Rs.50,000/- rent for all / yours ?
Rs 50,000/- is my individual rent. Like I said the rent is high because the house is situated in the town centre (near station). If we move away from the town the rent is as far as I know, Rs. 25,000/- to Rs 35,000/- for standard shared rooms.
When you are earning in pounds you have to spend also in pounds
Thank you very much for watching the video 😀 I agree with you, when earning in pounds, you have to spend in pounds and just to mention an interesting thought which maybe true for Indians like me is that being an Indian, I tend to think in Rupees, always 🤣😂
10000/- per head rent na
No. Rs.50,000 per person per month for non-en-suite rooms. The two rooms which have toilet and bathroom en-suite (in their own rooms), it is Rs. 60,000 per month. Like I said, the rent is high because they are in the town centre. Away from the town, as far as I know, it is about, nearly Rs. 25,000- Rs. 35,000 per month for standard rooms.
@@Gauri_Tambe i think you need to explain ensiute and no ensiute thing for people who don't understand it
@@mands406 Thank you very much for your suggestion. 😃 yes, I will definitely cover that in one of the future videos. Thank you.
