Baker's Joy has flour in addition to the oil. I feel like that would negatively affect the flavor?

Yes, Bakers Joy does contain flour; however, it does not change the flavor any. I have also used regular non-stick spray and not noticed any difference. Thanks for watching and your comment. Have a blessed day!!!
