Continuing our series on neurodiversity, our second webinar looks at influencing people at the early stages of their careers.
Whether you’re neurodivergent or not, this webinar will explore the skills and flexible solutions we all need to understand how to get the best from our own careers and how to support those we work with. We’ll be hearing from leaders who share personal experiences of what they and their employers have done to enable them to achieve the best for them personally and their wider team.
IOSH President Lawrence Webb, will be joined by Adam Gawne, Health, Safety and Environment Advisor with Gentoo Group and member of IOSH’s Future Leaders Steering Group, and Emily Castle, Group SHE Performance and Improvement Manager at Costain Group. Together, they will focus on demystifying the stigma attached to neurodiversity and in turn give confidence to our neurodivergent future leaders.
