I've binge watched most of the videos on the channel. I feel like youve gone from being a snowboarder presenting solid gear info, to a presenter with the background to give solid advice. If youre not reading a cue card, I cant tell, good job.
The ultras are incredible. Have them paired with my rome artifact pro and it rips all around the mountain. The traditional camber keeps me locked in, while the flex of he board combined with these bindings gives me enough play when i need it. Can't recommend these bindings enough.
@angrysnowboarder The regular 25 Meteorite appears to have the ankle strap and canted footbed that distinguished the surf series on 24. Does the surf series have any unique features anymore?
I’m a bit lost with the bataleon bindings lineup. It seems the blaster is the second stiffest binding in their line (below the astro) but you say it’s soft and surfy. Then I assume the Chaos it’s gonna be even softer… idk.. Just want something to pair with my Lobster Creamer for freestyle park riding
I feel exactly the same bro. Bataleons look sick as fuck but way too confusing when looking at the lineup. Went with Union both times I needed bindings as their lineup is much more linear and self explanatory
In my experience, the blaster sits just below the Union Force in stiffness/responsiveness. The Astro is a major step up in responsiveness and being locked in. Pretty on par with the nitro team pro IMHO.

Which bindings would you pair with the ride fuse boots?
The ones you want.

Sometimes the description from marketing does not match up the expectations after they test the product.

Your missing one option. FLUX FF softest binding I’ve ever tried. It’s lovely.
Are the Asym Blasters basically a Katana?
Closer to the Vice
LOVE my new ultras!
Skate tech is real! I believe...Yes and Jones deliver the surfy goods.
@@ElevenEightNateput in the soft bushings and swap the ankle straps around.
@ElevenEightNate the fk are you talking about? The meteorites have a huge surf feeling. Do you even board?
What's does surfy mean exactly?
Its a calculus term.
It's like "surfing"
Soft/forgiving. Basically allows you to leverage your boot around, versus being locked in. Better for tricks, worse for carving/precision.
