Great video!
Thanks for taking the time to make this tutorial. Just swapped the stock hand guard on my Ruger PC9 with this 12" M-LOK from Midwest Industries as well with the help of this video.
I love the part you put on even better than the stock one they make for it but I wish the color match better it looks like a shiny black where as your gun is a matte black finish.
Ok... So I just picked up my PC 9mm yesterday (factory m lock hand guard) so of course I have to binge watch all things PC 9mm. I immediately swapped to the Glock mag mod and put my mag release on the right side ( I shoot lefty). Attached a tactical sling and a picatinny rail with a light.
I’m very impressed with the quality of this weapon.
Will watch your your other videos to see what future mods I’ll be making. Thanks for the videos 🤙
How about that. One year later, I just picked up my PC Carbine yesterday and I’m binge watching videos. I’ve wanted a PC Carbine for about 6 months now. I shot one at one of the ranges I go to and have been in love since. I told my wife yesterday that this rifle was just like her. I took it on one date and now I want to spend the rest of my life with it. Her first date was almost 41 years ago. That was the final straw that made her approve buying it.
instaBlaster...
Thanks for the vid! Just received mine! Simple and quick replacement!
Just ordered mine along with all the mcarbo stuff as well. Can't wait to get it on and take it to the range
I like the 45 degree cut on end and like it being shorter to take some weight off...
I've got the Ruger PCC with Magpul front and rear with Magpul sights and some other goodies..
Easy Cheesy!
Thank you very much!!
I put the Midwest 14 inch on my Ruger PC
His Ol lady walked in at 3:10. He had to hide his new accessory. "Did you buy a new gun?"......"Uh...No"
Looks much like a WW II Russian PPSH submachine gun.
BTW, I put a HOLOSUN circle/dot sight on my RUGER PC and IMHO it is the best of that type of sight for a PPC.
I got a 2021 9 mm RUGER PC chassis carbine (the "tactical" looking one) And GREATLY upgraded it with all the M*CARBO parts, many MAGPUL parts, a HOLOSUN AEMS circle/dot fully enclosed sight and several GLOCK 33 round mags. THEN I installed a Franklin Armory Binary Trigger and WOW! Can you say "firepower"? ;o) But I ordered ANOTHER trigger group from RUGER for only $39. so I could quickly go from binary trigger group to RUGER semi-auto trigger group with its FAR lower pull weight and better feel. I'll use the RUGER trigger group for Steel Challenge competition.
I like the feel of stock
Bought it, installed it to spec, shot it and comes loose(multiple times)!!!!!!..... any advice(besides blue threadlocker)????
Good information. Thank you. If I may suggest, try a practice run before you shoot your video. You will find a smoother transition from point to point. Thanks in any case for your info!
Great tutorial...
Is this upgrade allowed in New York State?
Lol
Thanks, I was curious how to add tactical rail handguard to my carbine.
got mine from primary arms for $129. you have to check every so often when it's on sale or else it's $169
I have been thinking about getting that forgrip for mine. The 1 ruger put out started letting people do preorders starting in January and started getting to shops in about March. I am looking forward to see more on the upgrades and shooting with them.
Thanks for watching and commenting and more upgrades are on the way
@@TacticalFamily I do keep seeing new upgrades come out there is a new fiber optic front sight I am tempted to buy
Nice mod but...$179.00 plus tax not sure!
Question.you have a stud for a sling on the butt, where do you put a stud on the front of the carbine?
Awesome video as usual brotha..Wish I could find a 30 carbine for a good price...
Great VIDEO!!!
Yes, thats nice, lots of good things to say about the new forearm. (front grip) w/e. BUT all I really want to know is does it lighten the weapon up at all? I held one in the shop the other day and it felt heavy to me. Good vid, thanks.
paul oftarsus I feel it might be a little lighter but nothing to much to talk about in my personal opinion but even if it weighted a little bit more for what it offers in ability is worth the little extra weight thanks for watching and commenting
What model barrel did you you get from midwest site. I just bought one and want to swap out barrel also
wow buddy you sure over paid for the M-L.......
over all good video......
functionability = functionality
Will this also fit the 40s&w version of the gun ?
Looks good but if I wanted an AR look and function to my rifle I'd bought a JR 9mm Carbine instead. Thanks for the Vid.
JR carbine is shitty
I agree. I have the PC9 nice rifle shoots stright
, dont mess with it. It's like trying to make a Honda look like a Harley.
Cannot find the 14" handguard anywhere. Whats going on. Does anyone know where I can get one asap
Ruger PC9 is from the 90's genius...this a Ruger PCcarbine
Liked and subscribed 👍😀
The gun is a PC Carbine in 9mm, not a PC 9. The PC 9 is a discontinued model.
Can you put the extended 14inch on this with no problem? Is there space for the front site on the 14inch?
Did you find out if the 14 fits? I want to put one on but i dont want to spend the money if its not gunna work
@@InTheTrees707 yes it fits!
@@royaldiadem762 NICEEEEEE thank you for the reply, im gettin one TODAY!
@@InTheTrees707 depending on what you have, you may need to remove the sight to install and then put the sight back on.
@@royaldiadem762 i have the standard one. That shouldnt be a problem
Where'd you get the barrel?
When you buy the rifle, it comes with a barrel
@@jross13450 lmao. That comment made my night. Thank you.
☝️👌
The Ruger PC9 is ridiculously overweight. The only upgrade that I want to see is one that makes it lighter... unfortunately the overly heavy receiver and (necessarily) heavy bolt in this simple blowback system make that impossible. To lighten it they would have to go to a hydraulic buffer or roller lock system. . I guess that's too much to ask.
Help Trump carry California. Vote GOP.
Shit looks horrible
That is not a PC9. That's a PCC9. The PC9 was not a takedown and was discontinued years ago.
Also stop calling it a weapon.
Stop calling it a weapon.
Um ... it *is* a weapon.
@@theodurbin8672 It's a weapon if it's used as one. It's a gun or a firearm otherwise.
@@boxerblake1 yeah, and it's only a penis if you're from the Penis region of southern France, otherwise it's just a sparkling urine projector. Whatever. Try it in court sometime.
@@theodurbin8672 You can always tell people that don't own guns.
@@boxerblake1 good to know
I hope you make well over six figures a year... you must be up to 50 grand on ammo. But I love it good job .
Nice!!! Trump2020
Too much talking dude
