It’s normal for the tagine to overflow if there is too much sauce. I recommend you don’t add any water in it and let everything cook in its own juice and keep the stove on low so it cooks nice and easy. Yumm!!!
Lamp tajine mchermel, with preserved lemon and green olives is very very yummy, I tried in a moroccan restaurant and asked my wife to make it homamade, very delicious!!! 😋

Hi Kevin, if you would like to have one, you can buy it from Amazon, mine is coming tomorrow. And don t forget to put it in bucket full with water for overnight or 24h and then when it s dry you use 1 spoon of oil and rub all of it with it except the cover, and put it in mid heater oven until it s dry & will be ready to be use, so it won t cracked. I bought mine with $39, I also both very thin metal that has circle shape to put it on top of the stove when you u cooking a tajine in very slow heat. Enjoy 😉 And I hope everything is going well with u & andreja & little baby 👶, best of luck 👍❤️
The only tajine I missed is a fish tajine. That is also very tasty. 😋 A suggestion for a video. I would love to see a homemade tajine in Schaumburg Illinois Kevin.
