I have gotten some treats and they are called Pea Flakes and you can use these for the following tips I’m going to give you and a story. I would hold my guinea pigs and feed them their breakfast, dinner, and treats. I decided to start shaking the bags of food then give them it. After a few minutes I would put them in their cage and shake the bag and they would come to me. They finally will trust me. So I would try that with Donnie and try it with James even though he/she already trusts you. I’m going to practice more with mine since they still are confused. Try to pet them too. They can see you as a friendly person that feeds and pets them. Maybe try food first before the petting so they are confused by a giant hand coming after them. Hope these tips worked and the video

There's a pet channel called Faiths Furry critters. She has 2 beautiful male piggies, but she makes guinea pig videos, however she has no hide houses for them, and since they're boys, they need more space then she's giving them. She just uploaded a video about guinea pigs, but the information and the way she's housing them isn't really the right way. It's not terrible, but it could be alot better. I left a comment once,and she read my comment on her channel the next day and was telling everyone I was rude and I began getting bad comments from her friends. I thought maybe since you're also a teenager you could watch it and maybe leave a comment talking about your channel and giving her some tips on how to give them proper care. I think if it came from someone else who has a you tube channel, maybe she won't get so offended. Really nice video!
Hello, I saw her channel and I agree but she mentioned in her video that the cage is big enough and that she did not want any negative comments. there is nothing I can do since I cannot comment on her videos and it is her decision

I'm searching for help becuase I have had my Guinea pigs for like four months and they still don't trust me. Thanks for the help.
I recommend finding there faverout vegetable and holding it and if they don't like it and hide hold it closer to there hidie but don't force them if they still don't take it leave it in the cage and they will soon realise you are there to bring them veggies and keep doing this everyday untill they eat it from your hand
I also recommend doing this with kale as that's what made my guinea pigs begin to trust me if you don't have kale than use a carrot but it might take a lil longer if you do but that's fine UwU
Don't do any sudden movements and if they are frozen leave the room as it meens your guinea pigs are scared

Lucky is so lucky to have you! Soon I will get my Lil friends pigs too! I DONE my research and tomorrow I will go to buy the cage and everything needed and after a week I will also buy them so I'm so exited! I hope my guinea pig will be like yours calm and that will love me qwq

P.s if you only have one I recommend getting 2 as guinea pigs feel more confident with a partner and will be more happy but it's ok if you don't

What size is your cage?
My cage is a 2x5 c and c cage and in centimeters it is 185cm x 77cm
If we are trying to feed it in they don't want it we just do it once if they don't want it don't feed it to him?

Just a tip: Iceberg lettuce is poisinous too guinea pigs it can make them VERY ill!

I also recommend leaving the room for 1-5 hours at first because when they are frozen and it meens they are scared as they are prey animals so just leave the room and ket them settle in for a few days

Hi I just got my very first Guinea pigs last night and they are really scared. Do you have any tips?
I would just suggest to leave them alone the first days and maybe after two days you can start talking to them sie that they get used to your voice but still ofcourse feed them and clean there cage. After a while you can start approaching them and hand feed them:)

Help please! My guinea pig keeps sneezing and I don’t know what to do?!?
Ok so is your guinea pigs sneezing a lot or just a couple times a day? if your guinea pig is sneezing a lot it could mean that it has an infection called upper respiratory infection which is like a cold. And sadly is a serious infection. I would directly go to the veterinarian. Even if your guinea pig is just sneezing a bit😰.
Is your guinea pig also coughing? I hope your piggie will get well soon. If you have any questions just ask me.
It’s like 1 sneeze and it’s not continuous. He sneezes then maybe after a while he sneezes again. Thx
