- My broken Renault Clio 182 is fixed after we found a number of issues in my last video!

Mine had Apex springs on when I first bought it, probably the worst springs you can put on these cars, but I guess its all about learning as you go along. Looking forward to the next video 😂

Great choice for a track toy, I’ve got a good mate who worked at bruntingthorpe raceway with clio 182s, had a chat with him he recommend Decent wheels/tyres for a start. Poly bush everything. Camber adjusters on the front to increase camber. Good idea to think about a cage. Gearboxes can be a weak point, look for oil leaks from the selector shaft (which I see you have fixed) the standard seats he said are not ideal for track use. He also ran a bilstien suspension kit.

Nice bru. I bought one for myself for Christmas last year. Thing is crazy round the bends. Did the belts and intake pully. Cost me R12500 here in Cape Town but it is how it is. You must make a video driving the shit out of it in the corners. Nice clips keep them coming

I once owned a Renault namely a Mégane it drove beautifully but my god did loads of things go wrong. However as this is more of a project and hopefully track car I'm sure you have this covered. Great little cars look forward to seeing it develop. 👍

Be worth replacing the shocks looking at them. Best thing you can do is refresh everything in the suspension
