SVR hands down. Epic noise and interior. 2019 version is apparently quieter because of emissions tuning for 2019. EU is castrating amazing engines unfortunately. AH Racing put a Quicksilver exhaust on his 2016 SVR because it ‘wasn’t loud enough!’ Subscribed 👍

I was bored until you jumped in the SVR. We have to look at what the Range Rover used to be and what it is now and you know what, hats off to JLR for amazing work they have done over the years, both tech and engines. SVR gets my vote on this one.

Astonishing stuff Luke. You were always quality over quantity, but THIS... You just busted who ever lasted this whole no-nut November thing until now.
Oh and with the sound: because the EU/Germany is trying to make the „loophole“ of valve exhausts go so that less posers hoon about in city centres with loud exhausts the RS4/5 exhaust already complied to a new norm that states that the valves are only aloud to open above 80 km/h, if I remember correctly. No longer above a certain rpm. With an aftermarket exhaust it sounds quite good

Phenomenal intro man, felt like the opening to a Bond movie! :D The RS4 sounds a bit like a Nissan GTR with a quiet muffler LOL
Choosing between these two would be difficult. The head says Audi, but the heart says RRS... because cars with 5.0L supercharged V8 engines are not long for this world.

Great video, couple of right cracking cars aren’t they the RS4 speaks for itself fantastic build quality, if not a bit pricey but that’s what you’re paying for Quality build car, as for the SVR it sounds like a right beast Power luxury and a good driving position makes it
Thanks! And yeah both were brilliant to drive thats for sure! SVR was an animal but after I realised I would still go for the RS4, just more fun to drive and the fuel costs in the SVR are eye watering 😂

I’ve fancied the new Rs4 for a while but you’re right it doesn’t sound very good. Two of my close friends have had SVR’s and although they are an epic beast they are a bit overkill, my Dad has a diesel one RRS and it does everything it’s supposed to do, incidentally he’s just bought a proper cayman GTS for fun, when I say proper I mean not the silly 4 pot version.

Have to agree with you, the exhaust on the RS4 doesn't sound great, at all! The RS3 however, I think sounds epic 😁
SVR is cool and noisy but 1 second slower than RS4 to 100 km/h

I think it is more rewarding to drive the SVR because it is not meant to go fast on a twisty road. The Audi , due to the fact it is a lower car, goes 'easy' and the RR needs more a firm hand to wring it out........but still. I prefer the Audi....

I like the RS4 Luke, it handles better and has a lower center of gravity! That SVR is to loud and drinks to much fuel, but it does look good!
