Office Remodel & Addition ~ Clintonville Animal Hospital Columbus OH 2023

From drab to Fab! The existing 930sf one-story building was constructed in 1988. The main goal of the project was to upgrade the curb appeal & transform the bland, dated office into a welcoming, functional, expanded space our clients desired.
The design-build plan and scope of work included building a 2-story addition increasing the square feet to a total of 1,960. Features include all new upgraded interior spaces that meet ADA compliance standards, durable LVT flooring, 2 additional exam rooms, multiple staff workstations and a reception area feature wall with hidden storage. The new 2nd floor includes a full kitchen, breakroom, more workstations, and storage.
