@@journeyswithj246 I go to Barbados quite a lot because some of my family is from there and yes - the crew is very friendly. We always fly with virgin when going there. I’ve flown other airlines before such as Ryanair where the crew is unfriendly. I was a 9 at the time and they slammed Pringles on my table! Not what you’d expect towards a very young child!
Very interesting video I’ve been wanted to go to Canada for some many year now I think I definitely know when I wanna travel thanks for bring out the vid man keep it up👍🏼👍🏼💯
Thanks so much for watching and sharing. Yes Canada is a must visit! If you want to fly on Air Canada, I suggest going in the winter season when there is mainline Air Canada and not Rouge, otherwise i prefer WestJet.
@casonyarichardson5045 Thanks so much for watching and leaving a comment. The turbulence occurred twice. It was mild and lasted for about 15 minutes each time. I was unhappy with the flight experience due to the cramped feel of the plane cabin and the general cold, unfriendly nature of the cabin crew. I felt safe. This was my first time using this airline. I partly chose it to compare with the airline I normally use for this route. If given a choice, I wouldn't fly Air Canada Rouge, not on this aircraft again. I would like to compare it with mainline Air Canada at some point, though.
I got a flight on this low cost said ac1841 in June coming up...I was super upset when I realize we wasn't going on the black and white bad boy...now I gotta pay for wifi and watch my phone because this has no ife ,all the way to Toronto and back to Barbados..atleast on my connecting flight to montreal I get to flight on the max 8..which I wanted to leave Barbados on...p.s my 1st time flying in 17 years ..(Rouge aint what I wanted to start back on but I can only flight out of winter season)
Thanks so much for watching. Is the flight on the same aircraft type? Up to yesterday, I was discussing this with a friend. Rouge is lower operating cost for Air Canada, but it definitely isn't a low-cost carrier. I only chose this flight because I think West Jet wasn't flying that day, plus it was my first time on Air Canada and this type. I am in no rush to repeat. I would only go on mainline Air Canada in the winter season otherwise its West Jet for me. The crew and the service were much better.
@@journeyswithj246 hey yes bro I always watch your videos, as I'm excited to fly again...and yes, I'm going on that exact rouge u was on, I already bought the tickets,ac1841, I'm only really excited for the connecting flight now I have all this information, keep up the great videos
@@journeyswithj246 1more thing, west jest doesn't do flight to Canada any more, atleast in June when we leave..I checked ..I really wanted to go in jetblue..but I changed destinations.
Loved the video bro!
Thank you!!! I appreciate you watching and leaving a comment.
Great video J
Glad you enjoyed it
I’m soon flying with virgin Atlantic from LHR🏴 to BGI🇧🇧
Thanks for watching. Virgin has some of the friendliest crew. I flew with them twice. The second time was much better. Safe travels.

@redNrotten oh great! Sorry to hear about your Ryanair experience.
@@journeyswithj246 also I was in spasm after the Ryanair flight. have you flown Ryanair before? If so what was it like?
@redNrotten no I haven't flown them yet.
Nice video! That legroom tho jeez lol.
Thanks for watching and leaving a comment. It was crazy!!! Thankfully my personal bag was small so I could at least move my feet.
@@journeyswithj246 No problem, I'm happy to support. Maybe Caribbean Airlines needs to give them some competition on that route.

@@journeyswithj246i learned this late.
How long did the turbulence last and why were you so unhappy with the flight experience. Did you feel it was not as safe?

But unfortunately because the flight to London from Barbados is always at night all the shops are closed.
Most, not all. Quite a few were open this time around. You do have most of the day before the flight to shop tho.
@@journeyswithj246 some were open but maybe it’s because we prefer a night flight so we can spend the last day exploring the beautiful island.
