    Superset 4 Rounds
    1. Belt Squats 10-8-6-4 increase weight each set
    2. Jump Squats
    4x10
    3. Hamstring gliders 40x
    4. Db Deadlift 10-8-6-4 Increase weight each set
    Superset 3 Rounds
    1. Incline bench row 10-8-6 increase weight each set
    2. Pull ups 3xmax
    3. Weighted calf sled walks and push back
    3x rounds

    Good stuff kevin thats great for the fast twitch fibers back there we never really use. I prefer alot of wide grip pull ups and behind the neck wide grip pull ups. Most of that is fast twitch stuff we never used.

    I bet he's putting on 2 lbs a day. guy is machine. I'm about 2 years younger and I still blast it 90 minutes a day. Core and conditioning baby.
