In 1971 and 1972 I was living in Hong Kong. During that time, I was studying late from 11pm to 1am at night. I turned on the radio during my study and the Hong Kong DJ always played You’ve Got a Friend every night. Thank you James and Carol for being my friends all these years

Shortly after heading up after the ride, this song came on the radio. The gal started singing along with James on the radio. The buddy remarked, "man.....you have a great voice and know this song." She said, "I should know the song.....I wrote it." Yes....Carole King and her husband were on their way north as well. Great memories....great story.
