I totally agree on the not wanting to do the dishes...especially after eating. My system is usually I have dirty dishes in the sink and then I wash them as I'm gonna need them for what I'm about to cook and eat. Such a bad system 😅.
I think so much about living out of my Jeep (and getting a little trailer for my tool) and traveling around some. I think my big thing is the hot and cold extremes here in Kansas that hold me back. Especially because of having my dog

😆 Gina, you're so relatable - nobody would know that I love to cook, because I don't want the cleanup that comes afterwards, so I rarely do. I enjoy prep, but not so much if there's no running water. For me, a "lifesaver" was realizing I could enjoy simpler (& healthy) meals and reduce cleanup to vinegar & water + a paper towel. Always HAD to have hot running water in a sticks & bricks. My daughter and I just got through a month long boil (water) notice where we live now. Outages of a day or two are frequent.
Also, the vehicle reliability related anxiety hits close to home - that spent a LOT of time in my head.
Ironically, there's a lot to be said for having a minimal footprint. 😊
    Safe travels! ✌️

Hey Gina! Everybody will say the obvious, but it's so accurate..is to keep up with the regular check ups/maintenance of your car since your going to be putting alot of miles on in your future travels. It must feel challenging for your car that has that many mileage to begin with to travel to all these states. I was telling you that I bought my first used car off of a private seller last month. 2006 Subaru Baja which has 263,000 miles(close to your mileage) that I didn't even put on the car. The owner tells me that she, and the previous owners have been up to date with the car's regular maintenance check ups. I got to go with what I heard at least. I hope it has a little life left in my rig, as it does yours. It's now the long waiting game for me to save up for registration/insurance while paying off this car to finally make it feel real that I got a car on the road. Best wishes Gina, as always your a Rockstar! Looking forward to more videos!

@@Octane_Rampage_ I think my Dad gave me this current car at around 165K. And that was 2 years ago 😂 yes, I average 50K miles a year on my cars lolol. But always been super consistent with oil changes and any weird noise or feeling I immediately call my cousin to help me figure out what it could be. I actually went to change my oil the other day after 4K miles and the guy was like your oil isn’t dirty. And I was like, change it thanks. 😂 my car gets all the extra love. Everytime someone comments and says to change my oil regularly just makes me laugh lol tell me something I don’t already know. I’m a mechanics daughter after all 💙 and best of luck with your Subaru! Do you have a insta or FB? I started following you about a week ago. Your 1st video I watched was the Charleston where you wrote a letter to Charleston & just pulled at my heart strings. Beautiful.
I live in Charleston, my daughter was born on July 21st.
