😊so appreciate all the research. It's just so much fun to pay ahead then order whatever I want when I'm there, otherwise I would just order the cheapest item. So yeah, not truly worth it monetarily but way worth it for the fun !

Hi newbie here what about character dining can you also get alcoholic beverages.Also what is your advice for Halloween month what to go for especially how is half day for some?

Not related but are the menus on the Disney website accurate? I heard there would be milkshakes at the creaps place but I did not see Milkshakes on the menu. And I thought Refreshment outpost had dole whap but it is not there
They are not. Some might be, but menus change often and thus don't always match the app. Same with the prices. They go up in the park, not always in the app.
Do you know if you can add a dining plan to a room reservation now? I know you used to be able to and it was called a ticketless package. Would I have to call and have Disney do it or is it something I can do myself?

I cancelled my quick service DP, because I’m travelling with two teens (under 18s) so they won’t be drinking adult beverages. The QS dining plan sounds very hard to get good value from unless you get the speciality cocktails and unless you use it for lunch and dinner (over a ‘cheap’ breakfast) 🧇 Also, as we’re spending 2-3 days of our trip at MK we won’t be able to get adult beverages there either. My only question really is about the snack credits - and whether it would be worth it if you were planning to eat around the world at the EPCOT Food & Wine booths. But - who knows if Disney will crack down on what counts as a snack credit? We probably won’t know until the festival opens and then it’s too late for my family 😢 For us, I think it will be cheaper to pay out of pocket.
Most F & W snacks are on the plan, think $7-8 or less. But you won't know until it opens. Its NOT a value for my family either, 2 teens who can't or don't drink. Thanks for watching/commenting!

I was just there last week and ordered at La Cantina! They clearly told me I could not use my dinning plan for my alcohol beverage. So watching this makes me so confused????? Did they cheat me out of my dinning plan???
They might have :( Did you try to mobile order or in person? They might not have been aware?
I tried getting alcoholic beverages with my meals at QS places and they all kept telling me it didn’t count! I was so upset.

Doesn’t make sense to do the quick service.
What is a few dollars really saving?
And if you spend most of your time at the MK, you can’t get alcohol so you really lose.
It’s worth it just for the convenience factor. Not having to worry about paying in the moment is nice when everything in Disney is so expensive.

Neither dining plan aould work for me. I don't drink alcohol or sweetened beverages. I also don't eat large meals. At QS places, I order off the children's menu.

Getting it for free with my credit card so I can’t pass it up. Sure I’m paying full price for the hotel but this still saves an additional 700 dollars.
