I like it, but want one woth a fireplace and the sink by a window. Can't do dishes with a cabinet in the way. Also, need a place for storage of crockpot, airfryer. Otherwise. I love it! Love the sconces in the bedroom, but needs dimmer lights everywhere.
2024 and Grand Design is still producing useless floor plans. I really wish they would hire some new designers. Other manufacturers are coming out with great designs. Extremely disappointing!!!

I think their plans are better then the rockwood
I think it’s a great floorplan, different strokes for different folks though.
Can you tow this one with a ram 1500?
