Hi! Why does he use "would" to take about not repetitive actions in the past? As far as I know, we should use " would " to talk about habitual events in the past or instead of will for past events. Please, anybody answer me😅
It must be "First, I took a 20 minute bus trip." but he did great, he delivered it with confidence. If we talk about habitual events in the past we should use "I used to."

Speaking must be clear and confident and what you are speaking must be clear to another person . Speaking is not about using More and more words rich of vocabularies .It's about how you efficiently use the vocabularies. His speaking is very fluent , very clear and the vocabularies he uses is that anyone can understand.
But using pauses and fillers between words/sentences are also very necessary. Because examiner does positive marking in the speaking test if the examinee uses these.
People like me speak extremely good English and when the exam day arrives, I become numb that I need to open my 1st standard English grammar books in order to summarise the rules of English.
Can you defer the question to suit you? I don't read but I prefer audio books or documentaries. Would it be better to follow and agree to the question or can you talk with your preferences

It's easy, after stating the fact that you don't read any books, try to validate the point with your obvious reason for not getting into reading habit. Remember that it is all about giving reasonable answers, even it is contrasting to the question.

First of all you wrote right wrong it's right not write , and it's not necessary to use from in the sentence as it is a complete sentence on its own and conveys the message ... It's also casual . .he is talking in past tense , he's telling him how he used to read books and he's basically telling him what he used to do .

Answering the first question:- To get to the centre, I started with a 10 min walk to reach the bus station. After reaching the bus station, I travelled by bus for another 10 minutes in order to reach this IELTS examination centre. In total, it was a 20-minute trip for me.
The student was good but sometimes he was getting stuck and made some small errors in pronunciation and using the correct tenses . But all over I would give him an 8 out of 10 .
How often do you read books? I am not an enthusiastic book reader, but I do love to have some reading material when I am travelling as I love to read autobiography.
