Saying natural filler like 'Umm' or 'Aaa' is completely normal, and won't lower your band score as long as it isn't excessive, it is better to focus on coherence and fluency rather than avoiding natural filler. You can study with us and focus on the important parts of the exam at www.aehelp.com/full-course/.

My friend told me a day before interview that he had been asked about his favourite fruit. So i was continuously practicing this one sentence & was kept on repeating before interview "I like bananas, I like Bananas".
When the interviewer asked me about my favourite fruit, i said
    "I Bike Lananas" 🤧
    I was so fuc*in embarrassed!!

    Hey Adrien,
I have an uncleared question in my mind that question goes like this: Is it accurate if an examinee in the ielts speaking interview use one or two words of Indian english language? What I mean is to say swatch bharat abhyan instead of Clean India scheme.
Looking forward for your quick reply

He/she should not be emotionally reactive to answers. Examiners are told not to judge opinion but only to judge the English level and communication skills.
