lol India is a vast nation. There is no such thing as an Indian accent, It's a Western generalization. Indians are much better English speakers and very clear-speaking people.
I will be doing the ielts in half an hour, and besides doing excelently well in writing and listening, speaking always decreases my grade (as I am somewhat introvert and get lost on what else should I say after I have attended the question). Definitely not required, I’m an 8 band scorer, I was just natural. Infact I feel the more you try to fake it the more you are not confident.

You should avoid using foreign words in the Speaking Interview. Great question!
nouns are not translated. What you should do here is say the 'proper noun' then you could explain what it is in English
