Quinn's argument isn't supposed to make sense here. She isn't in a good place and she's just trying to justify her bad behaviors. I'm glad she matures and turns into a great person by the end of the series, because I really liked her character and the progression she makes throughout the show. Dianna Agron is a huge crush of mine because of Quinn's portrayal and story.
