I have snapmaker 2.0 I wanted to know I created a disign and I would like to create it as a relief stamp my problem is that my drawing does not print in full when I put the STL in the software it shows me everything except that the X Ray mode part in the mode type tab is grayed out i am trying to print dots the piece is 2cm do you think the size is the problem? because all my other files created and downloaded work very well thank you

Be careful when ordering the Dual extruder I preordered mine they sent me a broken one customer service is no help they keep telling me to print a block I keep saying the nozzles do not heat up and snapmaker customer service keep telling me to print a block I'm not happy customer
