Chill Clip rockets are good if you pair them with Gjallarhorn because Wolfpack Rounds will constantly freeze and shatter (at least they used to be, idk about now)
@Starr bait in switch for this rocket is probably not the best, 1 chill clip on any raid team plus gally is good. You can only use one chill clip as the shatters don't stack. People already have discussed the best rockets for best dps, 1 gally 4 hot heads 1 chill clip. Idk about the hotheads anymore but this is the best dps for any raid team. This was discussed in the witch queen raid and any well seasoned player would know this.
Bait and Switch is the best simply because this rocket can do more than any rocket in the game: fire off 4 shots without a reload. On top of that, it's the highest dps archetype, shooting faster than a Hothead. Chill clip is fun and all, but B&S is simply better for this rocket. Bump in the Night can keep chill clip
This has to be their new model moving forward as the removal of a light grind necessitates some other grind. New shiny armor is only good for the cosmetics mostly so the new guns better be godly
Cold Comfort and Apex Predator are both the absolute best in slot Legendary Rockets right now. I would highly encourage people to give the dungeon and Raid (when farmable) a shot to get these two must haves.
If you are looking for the wave frame farm the first entrance encounter. I've gotten 6 wave frames from an 1 or just farming the entrance and about 4 rockets.
Tbh my only issue with envious is that you don’t know how many rounds have overflowed but if you swap before you have 3 you’d have to waste a rocket and kill a bunch more so it’ll let you keep stacking ammo
Chill clip is only mainly used as a 1 of when there isn't a person running stasis. With G-Horn specifically (as many have stated) it will proc freeze with 1 rocket then amplify the damage of everyone else who fires a rocket after you by a good amount. It's specifically good in raid settings where a bunch of people can get the 'shatter bonus' all at once, and that's about it (and again, only as a 1 of). This rocket does seem very cool though, I think I'll still personally prefer Apex Predator just because enhanced reconstruction is a slightly scuffed auto loading, so you can pair it with stuff like cloudstrike to make it so you never have to go through a reload while still outputing great DPS. Specifically very good in longer DPS phases like the stuff seen in the dungeon, or in cases where you don't want to have to deal with getting a lot of kills before DPS (like older raids with much less enemy density). This seems like a very good staple for 'raw rocket dps' though, if you ever are lucky enough to see it's god roll at least XD. (Apex with it's enhanced perfectly crafted roll though is real nice, 3.5 second reconstruction timer with 11 seconds of bait and switch is just 'chefs kiss'. )
@@TheTrueSpadeSupreme Idk man, 35 stacks of scorch instead of 30? Especially since ember of ashes only bumps that to 40. With the way scorch stacks deplete, you rarely ever get use out of that. Incandescent is really good for priming and low health ad clear, most of the enemies you could kill fast enough to proc an ignition with incandescent will likely just die to the scorch stacks before you get a chance, and if you need 5 extra scorch stacks to proc ignite off priming, then the ability probably isn't great for it. Granted, I'm sure there are specific exceptions, but other than the masterwork border, its almost never worth it.
I think your info is a bit wrong about envious assassin, It's not just .5s that round up, its any number rounds up. this means that one kill with any primary weapon, which gets you 10%, will round up to 100% when you pull out the rocket and overflow you 1 extra rocket. This means to get to two you have to get 11 primary kills for 110%, which gets rounded up to 200% giving you 2 extra. using this logic, you can quicky add up as you're killing stuff, +10 for a primary kill, +20 for a secondary kill, and as long as you're over 100, you'll get your second rocket. I've just tested this in game and it seems correct. Hope this is helpful for anyone planning on using this rocket for dps.
thats what im thinking, while this can get 3 in a mag, Apex will have 2 with a higher dmg buff that also auto reloads making it better for swaps. Aka better dps imo (saw that cold comfort also has bait, but its dps still drops because you have to reload
Reconstruction only provides 2 + 35% 10 secs, Envious Assassin provides 3+ Origin trait so 4, 25% 6 stacks you can hold Who knows just gotta figure out if the reload but 10% is good

i think the apex predator could be just as good, because with enhanced reconstruction and BnS you can shoot of 2 rockets (+ maybe reload till BnS runs out) and then switch to another exotic like izis, witherhoard, cloudstrike, etc. and have it auto reloaded. Wont have that great burst damage, but presumably the same damage overall. Both rockets seem almost equally promising to me. looking forward to your video about it.
Yea mabye with the other weapon stacking damage idk. But with apex you only get 2 rounds initially and only 1 round will have b&s damage procd. Then you have to wait 7-8 seconds for recon to load 2 rockets unless you reload THEN wait 3.5-4 seconds and try to get the other rounds out before b&s has to be set up again. With cold comfort you can get 4 initial rounds 3 can have b&s procd. THEN if your at a boss with thralls or red borders readily available in your well, you can reload and the reproc emergency reload by finisher for another 2 rounds where you can get 2 round with 1 b&s switch procd again. Idk how the timing will make it work but definitely worth a comparison video for sure!

I have no downtime reloading at all with this, when u can just swap to another weapon and then swap back after 4 bursts of techeun. So its not like im sitting and waiting for 4 seconds to shoot LOL
This should 100% be your bait and switch aggressive frame rocket, there is already a craftable aggressive rocket launcher with chill clip. If you are new though and dont have a bump in the night, keep 2 rolls of this rocket for sure, 1 of each
@@tyler800_ in my opinion, no. its the exact same archetype, and the only reason it was so good to begin with (besides chill clip) was having demo in the left column. but now that starfire protocol is nerfed, demo rockets are WAYYY less useful. plus envious assassin allows you to do the same thing as demo but without major investment into a grenade build. and thats not even considering the origin trait just giving you a free rocket to your mag just for finishing an enemy. bump just seems like an across-the-board inferior version of this new rocket. maybe im missing something but im taking envious/chill clip over demo/chill clip 1000 times out of 1000

Supremacy can also roll with Bait and Switch. B&S with Rewind Rounds. That means a very simple rotation of snipe, special, B&S rockets, special back to a bunch of snipes. With Apex, snipe for 3+ seconds then back down to the rocket for 2 more shots. I wonder how if used in conjunction with Cold Comfort, you'd get the burst to start, but if the cycle would end in favor or Apex? The B&S in the Kinetic, especially on a sniper, opens up an easy cycle for us non 11 rank guardians for damage. No demo needed, always up, easy to execute. Thow in Div and the new warlock helm and someone on Gally and you got an LFG ready boss damage loadout that is easy to execute. I haven't see a video on it yet, just speculating.

Reconstruction is a glorified auto loading holster on a rocket and I could use better weapons for swaps while waiting for my rocket to reload. Bait and switch doesn’t work on apex predator with reconstruction cause at most you’ll get two rockets with bait and switch then you have to wait again and do the combo again. Recon explosive light is better on apex predator since bait and switch literally isn’t meant to be used with reconstruction. That leaves you with a 10% lower dmg buff except in the few rare cases you can use surrounded but even then you can shoot 4 rockets off with cold comfort compared to the 2 you can with apex
PSA: if you die while trying to kill a lucent hive in the last encounter, and revive yourself, there's a possibility that it will spawn you back at the platforms. You will have to leave the game and fly back in to get back to the encounter. If you try to move forward through the drop it will tell you to head back.
Apex Predator has Reconstruction and Bait and Switch, which I think has lower burst but better sustained dmg when you're cycling through special weapons too
Correct me if I’m wrong but I can’t think of any situations you’d wanna focus on sustain damage besides ogre in grasp & oryx. I think the sandbox is heavily focused on burst damage right now. Not saying apex is bad or anything like that just asking for feedback about the whole burst & sustain situations
@@noble3887 Yeah generally I think I agree that burst is more common, but there are other examples where you have longer damage phases or bosses with tons of health and not a lot of add clear for heavy drops between phases: Warpriest, Golgoroth, various GMs, and probably most dungeons or raids on Master mode where they increase the health a lot.
@@hkprimary we also need a better ammo economy because a lot of people just don’t use their heavy because it’s scarce. Granted it’s not that big of a problem when atleast 2 people run double heavy ammo scout and double special, then there’s bricks everywhere
My first drop was envious & bait n switch w/ impact casing. Kept it, not knowing just how good it was... Now I may main it, was having fun with Slidways on Apex tho (kinda fits my style, I solo a lot).
Chill clip has always required 2 to freeze and 3 to shatter. They work best in a team with another chill clip rocket and then Gjallarhorn. The two rockets freeze and gjallarhorn breaks, then extra damage with Wolfpack rounds. I’m not sure about the shatter damage but I think the one stasis fragment increases the shatter damage if I’m not mistaken.
whenever you use this rocket or any other weapon from this dungeon remember that you can basically increase the dps with reloading perks and skills like melee reload on stasis or grenade reload on strand and marksman dodge on hunter and if you roll a weapon with demolitionist it's also one more reload if you have a grenade of course it works on every weapon but on this rocket launcher it makes it shoot 5+ rockest without the need to reload at all and gives you a possibility to switch to another weapon like fourth horseman to deal additional burst dps
Wouldn't the emergency reload give you two more rockets with bipod? Its still gonna be shit but hey you can fire 7 without reloading, 9 on hunter. So maybe there is some encounter where the math allingns for a bipod strat XD
Idea, strand lock with hoard and the dungeon smg, with the new perk envious assassin you can get 3 rockets in the mag with 8 kills from a different weapon (so super easy) then with bait and switch as second collum perk for that 35% dmg buff. Envious combined with the intrinsic perk of the rocket (emergency reload when out of ammo) (can be proc’d on the rocket from dungeon weapons in other slots) *hence the dungeon smg second slot* you can shoot 4 rockets without reload relatively easily without any prep needed. Combine this with strand the the fragment that allows you to reload you weapon wit grapple, and the fact that wither hoard you can have this up 24/7. You can shoot ALL 10 shots of the rocket without reload super quickly and strand super with that extra strand dps, I estimate a steady stream of up to maybe 250k dps
Envious only takes 6 special weapon kills to get 3 rockets in the mag. It rounds up everything, not just .5+. Primaries should be 11 kills to get 3 rockets. That also means that you can get 2 rockets in the mag with just a single kill of either special or primary.
Bi Pod is definitely the perk for ad clearing (though the blast radius reduction could weaken that). I mean, 15 rockets in reserve and the ability to roll with Envious Assassin. If the damage reduction was any less, that'd be straight-up busted for DPS.
Just use a heavy machine gun lol. 400 rounds and it takes 3 or 4 to kill adds. Plus plenty of perk combos that remove all need for reloading lol. Rockets are only useful for dps, using it for else is just trash.
If you really are insistent on using a rocketlauncher to clear ads, you're better adviced using chain reaction or clusterbombs for more ad clearing potential over Bi Pod, especially because you wouldn't lose 40% damage using chain reaction which does drop on some rocket launchers. So Bi Pod isn't even good for ad clear.
As someone who has the apex crafted with enhanced recon and bns its def the best rocket we’ve ever had, the witherhoard swapping or izi swapping on a swarmers warlock with it is ridiculous
GL ONLY drops from 1st. That's where I got mine, it's where my friends got theirs, and it's the only place I've ever seen it drop. Also you did forget how to use Chill Clip. G-Horn gets freeze and shatter from one rocket cause Wolfpack rounds.
In my opinion I suggest farming the 1st encounter for this rocket launcher or even the gl and smg because all you need to do is dunk the correct symbol or something 4 times
My first wave frame drop came from the first encounter. Best ive got on cold comfort so far is envious assassin/Bait and switch. Bungie really does need to include dungeon weps in the crafting pool.

Honestly with envious and it's origin trait it's definitely better for burst but the total damage is going to be damn near the exact same, ive tried both and even the gap between their dps is negligible, but using stasis surges is pretty painful and it's easier to pair a solar special with apex so I think it's so close it doesn't really matter
Gonna be hard getting 8 quick kills in high level content to get 3 in the mag. Apex is just easier to use in general and is probably the new legendary RL king, not this. Cold Comfort seems pretty niche.
I got envious and explosive light meaning max I can hold is 3 rockets but if I do a finisher or revive an ally it'll go to 4 rockets and it basically auto fires them so pretty op

Can you test the reworked salvation grip, charging a shot creates 6 crystals, 2 shots 1 to create the crystals and 1 to shatter them does like 60% of carl’s hp and fully reloads the weapon
He’ll get there, it’s been such a meme for so long but I tried it too and it’s criminal how good it is for how few mentions it’s gotten from content creators so far. I think the flashy malfeasance caty, dungeon and season armor took the spotlight, Salvation’s will get its time soon though.
i feel bipod could be good if you have someone using gally. more rockets = more wolfpack rounds. id like to see the numbers before i farm for one though
Chill Clip really becomes more worth it when you have a Ghorn in the team. Each Wolfpack will apply 50 stacks of slow so you will get far more freeze and shatters. Only thing is most people used to use chill clip because they didn’t have a Hothead w explosive light. At least that’s why I used to use it. Ever since I just started preferring the clown cart hothead, the chill clip Bump became a lot less appealing. Now that you can get this rocket w envious and explosive or bait and switch, I think my Bump will mainly just collect dust. For me, Bump was pretty much exclusively used because I didn’t have the hothead I wanted and Bump was the next best thing.
I agree with you, but until I can get a 5/5 for this new Stasis Rocket, Bump is still my go to Stasis Rocket. I have 5/5 Adept Hothead with Demolitionist Explosive Light I am currently working on my Solar Rocket from Last Wish. It’s a shame we currently don’t have a reliable Void rocket… Red Herring is kinda cheeks, not worth it

I think 1st is the only encounter you can get the wave frame along with helmet (and last boss obviously) from what I've seen. But you have to pair chill clip with gally for the shatter because of the mini rockets get the chill clip. Has anyone tried using Palmyra-b in the dungeon with gally? It can roll with envious assassin and chill clip. Might be decent given it tracks for the last boss of course. Unless you're doing the cheese haha
I just finished grinding out last wish and finally got all the red boxes I wanted. Feel like most of those weapons completely out shine the seasonal and dungen with them being easier to obtain and craftable. But honestly I'm OK with it since they are some of the best looking weapons and some of the best sights. Think the only dungen gun that caught my eye was the wave frame.
i might be trippin but in the clips you spliced together it looks like bipod increases the rate of fire? still probably wouldn’t be that good but you should factor that into your calculations

I'm curious how the EA and BnS Cold Comfort compares to both the new Apex Predator with BnS and Reconstrustion along with BnS and Slideways. You'd probably need to test them with swap rotations (especially the Reconstrcution one), but I'm curious if there's a best here. I'm sure all of them are great though.
I just don't think Bungie wants it to be a perk used for dps or they wouldn't have made it with the incredibly drawbacks, it seems like they wanted an add clear perk for rockets and specifically designed bipod for that purpose
I have a crafted apex with recon BnS and CC with EA and BnS (no impact casing). Does more damage per rocket somehow compared to apex. Should be the same.
What you forgot about chill clip is its interaction with wolfpack rounds, continuously freezing and shattering. Bait & Switch actually buffs the wolfpack rounds, however, so I would still go with that.

For any solo players I recommend the first encounter, got down to 12-15 min runs solo and you can get the smg, rocket, and wave frame.
Eyes of tomorrow with new ammo economy is insane for first encounter solo

Something else to note, explosive light does not affect wolf pack rounds, while bait and switch does.
With bipod the time testing is a little off because bipod adds a 0.75x multiplier to firing delay meaning the rate of fire is increased.

Count the enemy kills in your head, 11 primary kills or 6 special kills

first dungeon run today i get the wave frame, perfect roll SMG with demo/incan, and then the rocket with tracking/chill. was quite a good run lol

THEN if your at a boss with thralls or red borders readily available in your well, you can reload and the reproc emergency reload by finisher for another 2 rounds where you can get 2 round with 1 b&s switch procd again. Idk how the timing will make it work but definitely worth a comparison video for sure!
@@Ben-rr1pe I have a fully crafted Apex with recon & bait enhanced, paired with techeun Force & a witherhoard i pull a constant 3mil+ on nez cuz ive been doing alot of nez farming, so im quite sure that cold comfort wont pull the same numbers. I have no downtime reloading at all with this, when u can just swap to another weapon and then swap back after 4 bursts of techeun. So its not like im sitting and waiting for 4 seconds to shoot LOL

Bait and switch also gives the 35% dmg buff to Wolfpack rounds, making the gap between cold comfort and any other rocket that much bigger.
I got the wave frame from last boss and never got it from 1st encounter or 1st boss. So nice to have a wave frame in the kinetic slot
This should 100% be your bait and switch aggressive frame rocket, there is already a craftable aggressive rocket launcher with chill clip. If you are new though and dont have a bump in the night, keep 2 rolls of this rocket for sure, 1 of each

@@tyler800_ in my opinion, no. its the exact same archetype, and the only reason it was so good to begin with (besides chill clip) was having demo in the left column. but now that starfire protocol is nerfed, demo rockets are WAYYY less useful. plus envious assassin allows you to do the same thing as demo but without major investment into a grenade build. and thats not even considering the origin trait just giving you a free rocket to your mag just for finishing an enemy. bump just seems like an across-the-board inferior version of this new rocket. maybe im missing something but im taking envious/chill clip over demo/chill clip 1000 times out of 1000

Supremacy can also roll with Bait and Switch. B&S with Rewind Rounds. That means a very simple rotation of snipe, special, B&S rockets, special back to a bunch of snipes. With Apex, snipe for 3+ seconds then back down to the rocket for 2 more shots. I wonder how if used in conjunction with Cold Comfort, you'd get the burst to start, but if the cycle would end in favor or Apex?
The B&S in the Kinetic, especially on a sniper, opens up an easy cycle for us non 11 rank guardians for damage. No demo needed, always up, easy to execute. Thow in Div and the new warlock helm and someone on Gally and you got an LFG ready boss damage loadout that is easy to execute.
I haven't see a video on it yet, just speculating.

@@whosurjustin what’s so good about Apex predator compared to this rocket? Reconstruction is a glorified auto loading holster on a rocket and I could use better weapons for swaps while waiting for my rocket to reload. Bait and switch doesn’t work on apex predator with reconstruction cause at most you’ll get two rockets with bait and switch then you have to wait again and do the combo again. Recon explosive light is better on apex predator since bait and switch literally isn’t meant to be used with reconstruction. That leaves you with a 10% lower dmg buff except in the few rare cases you can use surrounded but even then you can shoot 4 rockets off with cold comfort compared to the 2 you can with apex
PSA: if you die while trying to kill a lucent hive in the last encounter, and revive yourself, there's a possibility that it will spawn you back at the platforms. You will have to leave the game and fly back in to get back to the encounter. If you try to move forward through the drop it will tell you to head back.
Had this happen to a buddy I was doing it with and it wiped us cause if you keep progressing it says turn back and kills everyone.
For future reference, if you have the eager edge perk on your sword, you can actually fly forward and fall down fast enough before the countdown ends

Apex Predator has Reconstruction and Bait and Switch, which I think has lower burst but better sustained dmg when you're cycling through special weapons too
Correct me if I’m wrong but I can’t think of any situations you’d wanna focus on sustain damage besides ogre in grasp & oryx. I think the sandbox is heavily focused on burst damage right now. Not saying apex is bad or anything like that just asking for feedback about the whole burst & sustain situations
@@noble3887 Yeah generally I think I agree that burst is more common, but there are other examples where you have longer damage phases or bosses with tons of health and not a lot of add clear for heavy drops between phases: Warpriest, Golgoroth, various GMs, and probably most dungeons or raids on Master mode where they increase the health a lot.
@@hkprimary we also need a better ammo economy because a lot of people just don’t use their heavy because it’s scarce. Granted it’s not that big of a problem when atleast 2 people run double heavy ammo scout and double special, then there’s bricks everywhere
Chill clip relies on Gjallarhorn for wolfpack, each wolfpack applies slow so insta freezes and shatters usually

Chill clip has always required 2 to freeze and 3 to shatter. They work best in a team with another chill clip rocket and then Gjallarhorn. The two rockets freeze and gjallarhorn breaks, then extra damage with Wolfpack rounds. I’m not sure about the shatter damage but I think the one stasis fragment increases the shatter damage if I’m not mistaken.
1 chill clip rocket has always been best with ghally not 2. Chill clip with wolfpack allows it to freeze and shatter with one rocket.
whenever you use this rocket or any other weapon from this dungeon remember that you can basically increase the dps with reloading perks and skills like melee reload on stasis or grenade reload on strand and marksman dodge on hunter and if you roll a weapon with demolitionist it's also one more reload if you have a grenade
of course it works on every weapon but on this rocket launcher it makes it shoot 5+ rockest without the need to reload at all and gives you a possibility to switch to another weapon like fourth horseman to deal additional burst dps
With chill clip rockets added gally allows for a freeze in one shot then shatter either from other wolfpacks or teammates.
Chill clip is good only with gjallarhorn, because each wolfpack round applies slow stacks and can also shatter
Envious + Bipod would net 7 rockets total not 6.
5 in the mag initially. Then the reserve reload gives 2 since Bipod allows two in a single reload.
The opening encounter is where i got multiple grenade launchers, smgs, rocket launchers, legs, arms & helmets.
Chill Clip rockets have always frozen in 2 rockets. It's the fact that you can use it with Gjally is what makes it good

Wouldn't the emergency reload give you two more rockets with bipod? Its still gonna be shit but hey you can fire 7 without reloading, 9 on hunter. So maybe there is some encounter where the math allingns for a bipod strat XD
Idea, strand lock with hoard and the dungeon smg, with the new perk envious assassin you can get 3 rockets in the mag with 8 kills from a different weapon (so super easy) then with bait and switch as second collum perk for that 35% dmg buff. Envious combined with the intrinsic perk of the rocket (emergency reload when out of ammo) (can be proc’d on the rocket from dungeon weapons in other slots) *hence the dungeon smg second slot* you can shoot 4 rockets without reload relatively easily without any prep needed. Combine this with strand the the fragment that allows you to reload you weapon wit grapple, and the fact that wither hoard you can have this up 24/7. You can shoot ALL 10 shots of the rocket without reload super quickly and strand super with that extra strand dps, I estimate a steady stream of up to maybe 250k dps
the base mag is 1 and there's a several second cooldown with the strand reload
Envious only takes 6 special weapon kills to get 3 rockets in the mag. It rounds up everything, not just .5+. Primaries should be 11 kills to get 3 rockets. That also means that you can get 2 rockets in the mag with just a single kill of either special or primary.
Gjallarhorn is what made chill clip rockets so good. Also shatter damage is bugged right now and not doing as much as it should be doing.

Bi Pod is definitely the perk for ad clearing (though the blast radius reduction could weaken that). I mean, 15 rockets in reserve and the ability to roll with Envious Assassin. If the damage reduction was any less, that'd be straight-up busted for DPS.
Using a rocket for ad clear seems like a recipe for disaster
Just use a heavy machine gun lol. 400 rounds and it takes 3 or 4 to kill adds. Plus plenty of perk combos that remove all need for reloading lol. Rockets are only useful for dps, using it for else is just trash.
If you really are insistent on using a rocketlauncher to clear ads, you're better adviced using chain reaction or clusterbombs for more ad clearing potential over Bi Pod, especially because you wouldn't lose 40% damage using chain reaction which does drop on some rocket launchers. So Bi Pod isn't even good for ad clear.

Iirc Wolfpack Rounds counts as a separate instance for Chill Clip, resulting in an instafreeze in 1 shot and shatter in the second shot
In my opinion I suggest farming the 1st encounter for this rocket launcher or even the gl and smg because all you need to do is dunk the correct symbol or something 4 times
My first wave frame drop came from the first encounter. Best ive got on cold comfort so far is envious assassin/Bait and switch. Bungie really does need to include dungeon weps in the crafting pool.

Honestly with envious and it's origin trait it's definitely better for burst but the total damage is going to be damn near the exact same, ive tried both and even the gap between their dps is negligible, but using stasis surges is pretty painful and it's easier to pair a solar special with apex so I think it's so close it doesn't really matter
Gonna be hard getting 8 quick kills in high level content to get 3 in the mag. Apex is just easier to use in general and is probably the new legendary RL king, not this. Cold Comfort seems pretty niche.
Wish ender one taps almost every red bar in GMs, also riptide is one of the best specials in the game if you have chill clip on it

Chill Clip really becomes more worth it when you have a Ghorn in the team. Each Wolfpack will apply 50 stacks of slow so you will get far more freeze and shatters. Only thing is most people used to use chill clip because they didn’t have a Hothead w explosive light. At least that’s why I used to use it. Ever since I just started preferring the clown cart hothead, the chill clip Bump became a lot less appealing. Now that you can get this rocket w envious and explosive or bait and switch, I think my Bump will mainly just collect dust. For me, Bump was pretty much exclusively used because I didn’t have the hothead I wanted and Bump was the next best thing.
I agree with you, but until I can get a 5/5 for this new Stasis Rocket, Bump is still my go to Stasis Rocket. I have 5/5 Adept Hothead with Demolitionist Explosive Light

I think 1st is the only encounter you can get the wave frame along with helmet (and last boss obviously) from what I've seen. But you have to pair chill clip with gally for the shatter because of the mini rockets get the chill clip. Has anyone tried using Palmyra-b in the dungeon with gally? It can roll with envious assassin and chill clip. Might be decent given it tracks for the last boss of course. Unless you're doing the cheese haha

I just finished grinding out last wish and finally got all the red boxes I wanted. Feel like most of those weapons completely out shine the seasonal and dungen with them being easier to obtain and craftable. But honestly I'm OK with it since they are some of the best looking weapons and some of the best sights. Think the only dungen gun that caught my eye was the wave frame.

I'm curious how the EA and BnS Cold Comfort compares to both the new Apex Predator with BnS and Reconstrustion along with BnS and Slideways. You'd probably need to test them with swap rotations (especially the Reconstrcution one), but I'm curious if there's a best here. I'm sure all of them are great though.
I have a slideways bbs apex however I think recon is the better one especially if we can't be overwritten.

What you forgot about chill clip is its interaction with wolfpack rounds, continuously freezing and shattering.
Bait & Switch actually buffs the wolfpack rounds, however, so I would still go with that.
If you wanna use chill clip you run it with ghorn for it to work better

Shatter is either glitched or it got quietly nerfed. A lot of shatter builds are not doing what they did last season.
