So you should remove the rubber that's covering the frother? I haven't been able to make silky milk with it, all it does is create a lot of bubbles. Great thing I've encountered your video thank you so much

I think mm most machine do produce low vapour thats why we fail to froth milk properly .. I am a pro and after about 7 attempts I still cant froth milk properly .. what a waste of money
Experienced this with this machine as well when I got it. Remove the black thingy on the tube, you can just pull it. Then, use a syringe and force water into the tube.

u should not lower the wand too much into ur pitcher just keep the top of the wand in ur milk

Control your milk frothing or use therma meter when you make milk frothing
