The area itself lives on now as david walliams world but it will never be the same as the Cloud Cuckoo land we all knew and loved.
Hopefully a new generation will be able to enjoy this area now as much as we did
My most favourite area of the park during the 2015 due to that being the first time visiting the park, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory was my favourite attraction in the whole universe. After that closed, you could tell that Alton Towers where finally gonna say goodbye to the area and move on with new lambs like we saw with The World of David Walliams

bring this area back to life someone!! It was so lovely when it was new. Barely any rides operate in this land anymore

Still Cloud Cuckoo Land lives on in 2022 through Cuckoo cars driving school and Best of all Towers Burger Kitchen has Cloud Cuckoo land artwork on the walls and plays this soundtrack through the speakers

I remember this when I was about 5 getting off the driving school ride and then a few years later when I got over my fear of rollercoasters in the burger kitchen restaurant
RIP Twirling Toadstall, Ripsaw, The Flume, Nemesis Sub-Terra (though it came back), Ice Age 4D, Charlie and the choc factory
All died in The Great Towers Purge of 2015-2016

It's good to know they rejuivinated the area. Though it makes me laugh that they put the Alton Towers Dungeons right outside the young kids area.
Like alot of people, love this in Burger King you are a legend for making all these i wish i was able to do that!

I always used to love cloud cuckoo land visiting the zone was a must but all the rides are closing first we loose Charlie and the chocolate factory the ride then twirling toad stool and ice age 4d and wobble world I just hope the whole zone doesn’t close as that would be tragic. Come on Alton Towers turn cloud cuckoo Land back to what it used to be.
they only care about making dark thedm rides and putting familys in Cbeebies land.

Redstone Gaming it's because Charlie and the chocolate factory's licence ran out. Same for ice age. Wobble World was old

2)Why Are They Replacing It With The Alton Towers Dungeons?
3)Why Have The Dungeons In A Park And Have To Pay To Get In?
4)Why Have The Dungeons In A Kids Area?
