Okay I actually can't express how much joy this game & music bring me 🥺 I'm 22 in my final year of uni and the pandemic has really hit me hard....last summer in lockdown I download this game using my boyfriend's GamePass and it literally took me back to my teenage years 😭 I used to visit theme parks all the time, was obsessed with coaster stats and designs...Thorpe Park was my second home...I played Thrillville off the rails religiously as a kid too....and man this joyful soundtrack just pulls the nostalgia out of the back of my brain, it's so fucking wonderful. I just love Theories of an Eager Heart so much especially from 5:27 , that guitar and the vocals give the most high sense of nostalgia, seriously, why does a rollercoaster game have such a beautiful soundtrack- this could surpass as a real music album you hear on TV or Radio.

I think Planet Coaster has one of the greatest soundtracks of all time. I especially love how some of the songs have a Penguin Cafe Orchestra vibe, like “Aspect Imaginarium.” And it’s not just the tracks listed here - the music you can select to play during the rides is brilliant as well.
This is my absolute favourite game soundtrack. Even better, it's a game about coasters! My 2 favourite things! I've got to say, Frontier put a lot of effort into this game and I love it to bits! It's the thing that originally got me interested in theme parks and look at me now! An enthusiast with a ton of knowledge. I just need to say thank you to Frontier for this wonderful game that inspired many of us to use our imagination to create the impossible.

As a guy that play the heck out of the first Roller coaster tycoon as a child I'd say it's an excellent game that follows the original formula of roller coaster tycoon perfectly, but I personally am too used to the 2d asymmetrical view of the original game, but that doesn't mean that the game has a bad soundtrack, seriously props to the developers for making such atmospheric and enlightening soundtrack.
I'm glad to see Planet Coaster getting its due love. It was depressing for the first year to see all the RCT3 fans cutting it down as if it wasn't going to get better and better with each release. Im finally able to get into it and its everything I wanted in a park sim.
