- Touchdown is a 7 year old SHOBA registered stallion owned by Cam Hitt of Louisiana. This is one of the most true speed gaited horses I've (Jacob) ever been around or sat on. He will cruise at 28 mph and will burst up to speeds close to 30 mph and does not know what a pace is. He is keg shod and is 100% NATURAL at what he does. No need for the use of weights, chains, pads, tie downs, blinders, etc... He just does what he does and loves to do it. Will carry young ladies and take care of them on the trails as well as burn the ring down when you want him to. He is the 2016 Germantown Charity Ultimate SHOBA Champion out of 11 horses. Before the Germantown Show Touchdown had never been shown inside a ring. He was brought to me (Jacob) two weeks before the show and performed as if he's shown his entire life. Touchdown is being offered for your consideration but is a very special and amazing specimen so he will not be given away. Serious inquires only please. Contact Jacob Parks for more questions and info at 901 488 4018. Thank you and God Bless.

What an absolutely gorgeous, beautifully balanced front and rear, smooth-running creature this horse is. If I could have a horse, it would be one like this one. I've never seen anything nicer than Touchdown and that man can sure ride.

Would you please translate what you wrote here, for me so I can understand what you said, for both of your posts here?
Oh dear me, I never knew about this type of horse, I grew up in Morgan territory in New England. I thought they were the cat's meow, and their smaller height and sensibilities were perfect for little ole 5 ft teenager me. The one I had never had any professional training, he was not out of shout it out loud prizewinning stock or anything. He was just a Morgan born on a Vermont farm with lovely caring people and lots of kids. He was safe, he knew I didn't know much and he was easy on me and kept me safe when I should have had my head examined for getting a horse with little to no knowledge about much of anything. I had him three years and we had a blast together, I mostly rode him with a bareback pad with wimpy little stittups and o ring snaffle, he taught me what to do and I lavished him with all my hours outside of school and sleeping and he and I were best friends. He was pretty , black with a beautiful mane , forelock and tail. I was proud to be seen riding him and sometimes we even got to ride with another friend when she could get her horse trailered over to my place on long weekends. We would be with them from sunrise to sunset, rode all the beautiful wooded trails, and even went swimming with them in three different pristine spring fed fresh water ponds. So many memories. BUT all these years later, I am discovering the gaited horses, how beautiful they are, dainty but strong and oh the SMOOTH ride...just the thing for us oldies but goodies former horse crazy teens, to get now that we are respectfully matured and on ya, retired too so lots of time to love on one of these beauties and live to tell about it, no massage therapist need wait for me to get back from a smooth as silk ride like these wonderful horses. I think I am just gonna HAVE to get one as long as I can convince a few of my friends who love horses to do the same so we can enjoy it together. I live in SC now and in the country plenty of places to ride and I do have enough land and already fenced as well, with a huge 2400 sq foot garage/utility building that the previous owner ran his plumbing business out of. Heated, Air conditioned, well built two separate rooms that would do great as tack room and feed room and easy peasy to add nice big box stalls and the fenced in area is butting right up to the building all it needs is a more horsey door instead of a remote garage door. Heck, I think I have made a decision while I am writing this, Why not, I earned the right to enjoy retirement and I am NOT the sit on a Florida beach type, nor the golfing country club type either. I am just the same ole tomboy now as I was growing up. I am so excited I am going to FIND a place where I can go look at prospects and have my first lesson on a gaited beauty.
Absolutely beautiful thank you for the pictures
Breathtaking, and I don't know how anyone could ever ride this horse like you do.
He's awesome...whoever gets him will be very lucky!
No Words to Describe Beauty & Hard Work 😍

Beautiful horse. Glad to hear it's natural & that you don't practice the horrible things trainers do for the "big lick".
That's only with two he's a standardbred

How could I see your latest ads
Have you ever timed him on top end to get an idea how fast he is in overdrive?
The car they drove to make the videos surely knows.

Is he still for sale and is he a racing horse
Queria tanto poder ter um cavalo assim...
Muito bom! Espetáculo! Onde se encontra animais com estas características?
Tenesse USA
how much and what his height. he looks to be around 15.2
Demetrius Bright One of the best I've seen in a long time👌🏾
Very easy..adopt a trotter or a pacer from the "Retired Standardbred association". They usually get "Amished" or sold for slaughter, with a little training you can have a fine riding horse amd save a life.
brianjschumer ...they are pacers, these are singlefooters, there is a difference.
No there's not he's pacer bred witch means he paces before he trained him to rack and he's not pur singlefooting bloodline because he's tattooed
stud fee?
is he for sale?
Não. Canso de. Ver vídeo desse cavalo muito estiloso pessa. Rara perfeito na rancada. Me. Arrepio só de. Ver foi domado um. Bom profícional e. Por. Deus também 🙂
Where are these horses?
Is he for sale?
Great gait and energy level. Looks like an Arabic horse. Is it?
Standardbred
Do u have anything forsale
Van domeinen explain what breed of horse this is.. hè Wales just like an Icelandic horse but is much bigger in size😅👍
Not sure, but could be a Standard Bred or a Tennessee Walker or some other gaited breed.
Standardbred
THE MARWARI HORSE OF INDIA (VERY RARE BREED) RACK AND ARE MOSTLY RACED LOOK THEM UP. EXTREMELY FAST. LOVE YOUR HORSE.
hi
Don't let the horse go backwards for nearly one minute - it is a punishment for him.
Bendiciones
Lindo, não tem nada parecido kkkkkk
Star
I really want to purchase these kinds of speedy horses plz let me know if you are interested in selling
What he sold for
How much you asking
P.r will be great full
If I will have that 🏇.thant u.
how do you teach a horse to single foot ? i have a andalusian
It’s genetic
It's from breeding and training. But a Andalusian wouldn't do it. You would want a standardbred. Or a gaited horse bred with a standardbred to get a singlefooter
What breed? Standardbred?
Yup
Is he standardbred?
Yea
Antes de morir debo tener una copia de ese animal
In ❤️
Omg brother I would love to have one of your horse I’m even willing to negotiate one of my Paso Fino for one I think horses are one of Gods bests creations after humans off course 😁🙏🙏
Humans are the worst. Ill bet a horse never killed anyone for shoes. Or made fun of another horse for being different.
Shawn Shurtz what you mean with that
Just humans are the worst of any type of beings on the planet. Selfish and thoughtless mostly. The horse is amazing.
I agree with you brother no respect for one and Oder or god’s creations that why I rather be around animals than people but we’re still god’s greatest creations we just been consumed by greed and selfishness at least a big % of humanity the Oder small % like you and me are looking for something better al we can do is 🙏🙏🙏 but agree we you
A War Horse, Of Conquerors like Alexander the Great
what breed is this?
The breed is Paso Fino
Lisa Brown he's not a Paso. He is a standardbred. I've rode with him a couple times. He was awesome for sure
Cool! Is it hard to train An STB to rack?
Lisa Brown no not at all trotters are better for it tho than pacers....standardbred come in 2 styles trotter or pacer..some can do both
ANT6184 ..Not.
Amazing horse but no need for spurs or such heavy bit.
Yes, I totally agree with you!
👍👍👍🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿
can I get semen from that horse, send it to Brazil?
I stopped at those awful fetlocks.
👍👍👍🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿
