Not legal in Nevada. There was a case about 2 months ago where 3 adults were caught abusing animals in this way; they are in jail awaiting criminal proceedings that will keep them in prison for many, many years. (PS: animal abuse is a felony, and that is true nationally)

Here's the thing: Alabama still has a two party system, and as of four days ago, Doug Jones, a democrat who's progressive by US standards, was tied in the polls for Alabama's open seat in the US Senate. Some Alabamians do watch your show, even if less than other states, and I wish you'd mention these things so they don't give up from not knowing about these things.

It's amazing how when I was little and still lived in South Africa I used to look up to the U.S. and I thought that everything there was great. I thought that the people were kind and open, accepting and not judging. As a kid I honestly thought that that was some sort of paradise and I couldn't wait to grow up and travel there. Actually, Moore is wrong about zoophilia. For example, here in Florida at least for the time being (unless changed recently) sex laws state that sex must be straight, in the missionary, and not with a porcupine. So, in some states beastiality is more legal than homosexuality. XD And measures to legalize homosexuality didn't even come to the floor to be voted on here.
