Hi, great video on the removal of the seats. One Tip. If you turn the hexagon at the front of the plug counterclockwise, the whole plug comes loose, so you don't have to inplug the coloured ones one by one.
I am hoping to replace the WHIPS "feature" on my 2014 XC70 drivers seat. This is the first video I have found on anything in my car's model year. Hopefully the XC70 is not much different. Good job on this video. I need to get my seat out step one, and this should do it.
Ich würde gerne die Sitzheizung und das untere Sitzkissen selbst tauschen, -oder vielleicht einfach mit dem Beifahrersitz tauschen. Der Beifahrersitz ist bei mir nach 120.000 km noch immer wie neu. Kannst Du vielleicht zum Thema Sitzheizung und Sitzkissen ein Video machen? Danke für das Video zum Sitz-Ausbau! 👍
Great video! 👌 unfortunately it helps me half way cause I want to switch both front bottom seats.... actually seems harder than I expected it.. too bad... I thought that since they are interchangeable I could switch them to get even wear... but I'm saving the video thanks !
just so you know, you dont have to worry about putting those connectors in wrong places. Every single one of the connectors have diffrent sockets, so you cant place in wrong slot.

That is what I was thinking. You can see the end of that bolt, as he removes the individual connectors.

Can you drive car without passanger seat? Will there be just airbag light or something else too? Like seatbelt sound?
That will very likely cause an airbag fault that you will have to have reset by a dealer.
