The crowd, the ship, and that beautiful sky accented with lovely clouds….thats something to cheer about!
Thanks!
Wish i was there!
Great crowd, beautiful ship, outstanding video. It don’t get no better than that. Loved it.
Glad you enjoyed it, thank you Greg!!
Giving the crowd a salute
They are almost always good for it!
Thanks. Another of a few pleasant coincidences in my life. Long before I learned of this channel and that bridge, I used a long & two shorts (Morse “D”) to announce myself in the car, in the boat - ok, it was a rowboat & canned air horn…
Nice!!
After my attempt at meeting you last Friday and not being able to get to the canal park. I gave up after about 3 hours of driving around finding a place to park. Thank God for your wonderful videos! Keep them coming :-)
Next time! Bummer on the no meet! I do like meeting fellow boat enthousiasts!
Nice crowd and extra salute. Interesting watching Integrity turn . Thanks Paul
Glad you enjoyed it, Thanks!
Thanks for another outstanding video. Your camera shots are great.
Thank you!
Headed to St Clair,Michigan.
Under 2 years left on that run I hear....
@@PaulScinocca Is that power plant being phased out?
@@generationll it is
I was there on Memorial day which as it turns out was too early. Gonna have to make another trip up from kc soon hopefully seeing more boats than the 1 I saw on Monday and Tuesday thst week
which ship did you get to catch? Michipicoten & integrity?
Party atmosphere. Lots of folks and loud horns🎉🎉🎉!
🤣🎉 It was a good environment on this one!
Hey Paul cool video I enjoy watching your videos one day I will make it up there to see all this in person
Thanks! I hope you do, it's so much better in person.
Hey Paul does the great lake cruise ship come to Diluth?
I guess the secret is out that Duluth is better than Disney...🤔⚓📣🎈
i will not disagree! Today with Grandma's Marathon, its a mess!
That must be that Captains first trip into Duluth. I don't often hear them double checking when to radio in for a lift.
Not sure if it was or wasn't , sometimes the bridge takes a bit to reply on the radio as well.
I think the officer on the INTEGRITY said he was the mate.
That was the first call, the 1.5 mile call was most likely the Capt. I think..
Paul, not to argue, but if you listen early on when the bridge answers the first call, the voice on the INTEGRITY says, "yes sir, this is the mate"
@@jamesnelson6980 not disagreeing, it was said. The 2nd request was not the same voice
Couldn't help but wonder if anyone in the crowd ever used one of those Airhorns in a Can and saluted back to the ship? It seems like it would be a fun thing for the crowd to do.
I've heard it over at the Superior Entrance, most of the time since there is no bridge, there is no salute, someone decided the canned horn may trigger a salute.
American Integrity - Now There's An Oxymoron
The clueless throngs know nothing of the mortal danger that awaits them....
🤣good thing they were in a good mood and did not obliterated the earth...
