    February 18/6 Intermittent fasting diet plan 2024
    Early Morning. 1 inch Dalchani + 1 teaspoon zera + 1/4 spoon methi dana 1.5 liter mein
    12:00. Half roti + 1 egg omlate + handful nuts
    After 30 minute Tea / G. Tea
    3:00. 1 pyo dahi add vagies Rait / 1 cup milk
    5:30. Half roti + salan / 20 spoon rice
    Multivitamin eating window ein lein
    1 hour walk
    2.5 liter water

    1tea spoke safaid zebra daar cheeni 1inch methi dana in jug
    Breakfast 12pm
    Half roti plus veg egg or salan katori or 1 brawn bread with 2 omlet eggs
    Plus nuts plus tea at end
    3.30 aik pao dahi or raita ir 1glass milk
    Raat ka khana. Half roti with sabzi or rice
    Plus beef or chicken or salan or fish at 9 pm ispaghol water

    Pre breakfast
    1 tea spoon White zeera + 1 inch Dar chini + ¼ tea spoon methi Dana sock overnight in 1 litera water.
    1 glass empty stomach.
    Aur Baki pani pure din mein khtm krna ha .
    Breakfast 12PM
    Half roti with 1 egg add vegetables / salan. + hand full of nuts + after 30 mints tea less milk / coffee ☕️
    Or 1 Bran bread slice with 2 eggs omelette + hand full of nuts + Apple with tea/ coffee.
    3PM
    1 pao yogurt/ raita (add vegetables) or 1 small cup milk 🥛
    Dinner 5PM
    Half roti with salan or / 20 teaspoon rice
    Or 250_300 grams grilled chicken/ fish.
    10pm
    2 spoon isphagol 2 glass neam gram pani.
    If u feel hungry drink green tea
    Work out before breakfast/ lunch.

    Ramadan Kareem is coming..you are giving us intermitted fasting diet plan..in which we are in fast from 6 to next day 12.but I think if you give us the fasting time from morning till evening means 6 am to 6 pm..then we will b habitual .and when we will do it one month it's beneficial for we all muslims.i think you got my point.

      @@iqraqazi5607 Have left some things and tried to adopt some habits. I stopped drinking tea and kept black coffee and dark chocolate. I stopped thinking that I had to lose weight first. Don't even think that you have to get thin overnight. The best thing is that I started thinking about myself. Do not lose weight, adopt good habits. A good habit to adopt is to drink soup at night.
