yeah For some reason, people who have never visited Korea seem to speak negatively about it, even when their own country has higher crime rates and corruption. I have lived in Korea for seven years, and it is my favorite country so far.
This is such a weird compliment, but I love how soft you both speak in public. Some tourists are so loud and noisy but you two ‘read the room’ and fit the energy perfectly wherever you go.
I totally second that I just watched some vlogs before this couple it was a family with a baby in subway in tokyo it seemed they were sooo loud and a japanese girl kept looking them like please read the room lol

I cannot tell you how happy I am that they avoided the tourist traps and visited some of the more genuine areas in Seoul. The food and drink selection was also spot on. Well done.

And there are so many cool places to visit in Seongsu-dong which is close to the park. Or you could also try eating Ramen in Hangang River Park. Nice visit around Seoul! It looks like no one commented about the park with the flowers. That whole area was cordoned off for many years throughout the 2010s, I think it was Korean Air that wanted to build a hotel there. I don't know what went down, but fortunately it's now that beautiful park! It's been open for just a few years. Much needed green space in an excellent central location.

Take a bullet train(ktx) from Seoul station or take SRT(from suseo staion) choose the one closer to your hotel. This is for the transportation, I’ll add more comments about where to go, what to do, what to eatttt.

4:20 it's totally respectful to wear Hanbok (traditional clothing) in the eyes of Koreans. We LOOVEEE when people, who don't have a Korean heritage, wear our traditional clothings. Don't worry about the cultural appropriation issue in Korea😊

There is nothing disrespectful about renting a hanbok, but I love that you cared so much about respecting local culture. There is a Korean man who has a rental company who also works with a Polish woman - they both did Korean studies abroad. They rent authentic hanboks with an aim to preserve the traditional style (which is being lost with all the touristy ones).
