Hi Johnny, Great video and subscribed too. I got a new V50 pro yesterday and the screen locked one me. Turning off the power button didn't work either. Finally after 15 minutes, had to pull out the battery and put it back. Does this happen often or is mine defective?
That is the card I have n it still gives me same error. I bought the one they recomended. Took it out n replaced it n formatted for the third time n finally it is working on highest res in video. God Bless

Maybe you can help, I have aV 50 pro. Does the dash cam setting on the camera create a looping mode? I want to set it up in my car, but I’m not sure what the correct settings would be.
@@johnnythehitechguy I am using it and it completely filled the SD card and stopped recording in the "Driving" mode. I can't find a looping setting either.
Hi, Have you had a chance to test out the Sandisk card in the v50 pro? If so how well does it work compared to the samsung card? I ask because I got a V50 Pro yesterday and when I did a few 30 second test shots in 4k and 2.7k the footage turns out choppy/jerky and then really bad pixelation, it dosent do it while recording in the lower video resolutions only in in 4k and 2.7k. I'm using the same Sandisk card you showed in the video, and at this point I dont know wether its the camera or the card that is giving me problems.

Hi, I have the Sandisk Ultra Plus 128gb, but it turns out it wasn't the camera or the chip that was causing the problem, it's my computer it just can not handle 2k or 4k. So I'll be using the 1080 setting until I can afford to get a new computer.

@@luanakallyne1 No, Akaso didn’t seem to have a clue what the issue was. They made me do an update which ended up doing more harm than good. It wouldn’t turn on! I kept pushing for a refund but they wouldn’t accept there was an issue. In the end I had to open a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. It’s now put me off getting another action camera

According to the specs that card should work although I have not tried it myself. I would try another card and if it doesn't work get hold of their tech support.

Hello, i use a sandisk ultra A1 10 in my akaso v50 pro and i cant record more then lets say 30 seconds in 4k30 fps, the camera automatically stops recording, same thing is happening when recording in 1080p60 fps, it only takes a while longer to automatically stop, 2 or 3 minutes and it stops, right after i got it i could go as far as 20 to 30 minutes straight in 1080p60 fps, do you think that the problem is the SD card? ive done quite a bit of research and havent found anyone with the same problem... could you share your thoughts on the matter please? thank you.

Did you sort this issue? I’ve tried 2 different cards and have the same issue although I’ve had it record for a good hour when testing it but as soon as I come to use it for it’s intended purpose I get the error message almost instantly

I am having problems with the Sandisk Extreme. The camera so far will not work reliably with ANY 16, 32, or 64 GB card with 100 MB and better speeds.

The biggest one I've got is the 128gb. I can't tell you if the 256 or 512 will work from personal experience.

I would try another sd card that is recommended and if you still have problems, i would contact akaso. Their support is pretty good.

I have not tried 500g. The recommended is 64 but I got the 128 to work.
