This week the boays are joined by comedian and broadcaster Fred MacAulay. A legend of the comedy scene, Fred describes the early days of the Scottish standup circuit and his forays to London where he became a host at the original Comedy Store. They discuss Fred's talk show McCoist and MacAulay which he hosted alongside the former Rangers striker, and how it led to them presenting a show at the Eiffel Tower during France '98 - before ending up out on the sesh with Ewan McGregor, Ulrika Johnson and Sean Connery (plus pretty much every other famous Scot of the era). They also discuss Fred's appearances on Mock the Week, hosting his own BBC Scotland radio show, and Stuart brings up a nightmare gig they both did together in a pub in Partick. Plus, Fred explains how he ended up sitting next to Sir Alex during a Man United game, and what it's like to take in a match next to Fergie now he's no longer the manager.
