Hey Chris, Danke immer wieder für deine Hilfe und deine Tips......Thank you every Time for your Helps and your Tips and your Work...all the best ....Ernie from Germany Albstadt
I agree! I have the RareSE and I always try it and then take it off. Same with the Plugin Alliance Black Box (not free). But people whose opinions I respect love them both. I would love tutorials on these.
Ok, so I'm still going through them. Tungsten - tried it on some rhythm guitars. Amazing! I particularly like the Smear and Wear settings. Frank CS - using it the way Chris uses the Blackbox ... just turn it on and leave it. What a difference it makes! Currently on my strings buss. Comper - I've had it for a little while and had only used it once. Chris's explanation prompted me to check it out again. Gonna try it out on some vocals. Now gonna try and find Chris's pdf on compressors... still learning. Once again, thanks a bunch, o Leader of the MCC! *UPDATE* Comper - still testing, but DAMN! I may be a bit premature in saying this, but I think I've just found a way to [at the very least] reduce my use of the Vocal Rider plugin, which I really love.
Welcome first I would like to know what type of mic you are using Also, I want a video that teaches us how to sing on well-mixed music, like the music available on UA-cam.. How can I deal with it and add my voice and get the best result
nice list! didn't know about those Green Oak plugins, will definitely check them, Bertom also make nice usable free zero-latency multiband denoiser, must have for voice/podcast work, usable even on live streaming, free Ozone Imager is kinda mediocre, messes phase too much mostly, I prefer using free Polyverse Wider instead :)
Chris, thank you for all of this information. You are a great source of information that has been very helpful to me in my journey to record original ideas that I have spent years developing. (Man, it is challenging to wear multiple hats of composer, performer, recording engineer, mixer, and eventually mastering engineer and administrator.) As I have found the Pultec "trick" useful on the bass very useful, I for one would love to see you share some more ideas about such EQs. Thanks so much!

That Cesium chorus is the best one I've ever had, free or paid. It's 6,000x better than Orchid, and I LOVE Orchid.
This is a great video, damn

Analog Obsession plugins require a patreon subscription.
Why is it always that same disco-duck vocal.
