    Sure spilling a lot of tea... sign of poor form... Speaking from 10 years of learning/practicing this set from its source context (Baguazhang), this video is a demo of poor form and misses the overall goal of the exercise...
    If one trains as demonstrated here, then one will have no capacity to walk and spiral tea cups because the total body form is sloppy. Please better research and train in subject before marketing yourself as an authority worthy of teaching it. Thank you
