    Fish Paturi
    Ingredients:
    * 250 gram Bhetki (Barramundi fish)
    * Banana leaves and thread
    * 1 Tbsp yellow mustard seeds
    * 1 Tbsp brown mustard seeds
    * 1 Tbsp poppy seeds (Posto)
    * 1/4 Cup grated/chopped coconut
    * 4-5 Cloves garlic
    * 3 Green chilli
    * Juice of 1 lime
    * 1/2 Tsp sugar
    * Salt to taste
    * 1 Tsp turmeric powder
    * 2 Tbsp mustard oil
    * More green chillies and mustard oil to fry
    * Soak the mustard seeds and poppy seeds for 15-20 minutes. Take 250 grams Bhetki fish, add some salt, rub it well and keep it aside. Please multiply the ingredients for more amount of fish. Warm some banana leaves over an open flame for 30 seconds. This way the banana leaves will become soft ensuring that they don’t crack when we fold them.
    * Strain the mustard seeds and put them in a blender jar, add 1/4th cup chopped/grated coconut, 4-5 cloves of garlic, 3 green chillies, squeeze in 1 lemon, salt to tase and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Lastly, add some water, grind it to a smooth paste and transfer to a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, around 2 tablespoons mustard oil and mix.
    * Place the banana leaf on a plate with the glossy side up. Spread a teaspoon of mustard paste in the centre of banana leaf, place one piece of fish on the paste and put another teaspoon of paste on top, spread it and coat the fish well. Top with a green chilli and drizzle some mustard oil. Carefully fold the banana leaf to make a square parcel and tie with cotton thread. Repeat the process for all the fish.
    * Heat up a pan, add some mustard oil. Place few of the fish parcels in the pan cover and cook for 7-8 minutes on medium flame. You can fry 4 - 5 pieces at a time, depending on the size of your pan. Flip them to the other side and cook for another 8 minutes. You can steam them as well and they will taste equally good.
    * After serving discard the thread, open the parcel and enjoy the steaming hot Bhetki paturi with plain rice.
