Man makes me miss old days of 360 😭😢so nostalgia Rip the servers end of this year for halo 3 4 reach of 360 end of era 😭never forget all great memories of these games back in the day when they were in their prime those were the days 😩😢😭❤️

Halo 4 was suprisingly one of the best in the series next to Reach. And Jinnouchi and Davidge did amazing new music. 343 did good. Good memories. Good nostalgia and good replay with MMC.
Agree! When I was a kid playing Halo 4 on Launch after Reach is was Amazing! Such a great game, Can't forget the "unicorn" Spartan Armour either lol. It was like a running Joke on launch
As much as a die hard fan I was with 4 and was my favorite multiplayer following reach I wouldn't put 4 at a high pedestal like u do definitely 5th place for me
I played this when I was like 6-8 and it was the 1st shooter game mind you that I've played in my life and, it made so many memories I still remembered the title screen muisc but I wanted to hear it again although I barely knew who the main character was or what the plot was I enjoyed the game alot while playing with my brother it brings back memories of me actually playing with my brother and us having, fun together. And this actually made me tear up a bit. Thanks for posting a 1 hour version man.
This is a beautiful piece of music. However it makes me sad because it reminds me of someone who used to be one of my best friends and who I used to play a lot of Halo 4 with, but I am no longer friends with that person. It was sort of a toxic friendship which is why I had to get out of it but this track still has some bittersweet memories for me.

I actually love halo 4 and I am sorry if that offends you It is the first fps I was inturdused to and I love it for it's split screen I know objectively it's a bad halo and mabye even a bad fps but the story with cortana and chief is so good at least for me
Halo 4 was the first of the series I ever played... All the way back when I was a child... It's hard to believe that this menu made up such a huge portion of my childhood. And now it's over. I'm 18 now. My childhood is gone. But still, I come and listen whenever I need one last glance at the past.

One of my favorite halo games by far, right next to halo 3. Such an underrated masterpiece in my opinion. (Thanks for uploading a 1 hour version you legend)
I remember when I was playing halo 4 on launch this Menu always gave Halo 4 a Futuristic different feel than the other Halos, It was just so Unique in a good way
@@borgri5871 personally it's still my favorite. It just stikes something in me when I hear it. No other one have I just let play while I do other stuff as much as this one. I do enjoy infinite more than 5, but 4 is still just my favorite. Completely subjective.
Love this theme a lot. One sad thing to having it on the MCC (which I have via Steam) is that the Main Menu for each game has been omitted, and this theme is pretty much omitted as well as the result. Such a great theme! (.........and unlike Awakening, I actually know where this track fits in the game! Seriously, played it again 4 days ago and still never heard a second of that one in game!!)
lie, the themes of all games are still there, though i think halo 1 theme is somewhat altered via it not being one singular music like the original, but instead separate musics, as with halo 4/reach menu themes, you just need to either be on the menu of the respective games to hear the musics, or have last played an respective game on multiplayer, and stopped the matchmaker from searching again post-match while not leaving the matchmaking menu
I remember one of my Halo4 forge maps being used for Rooster Teeth; Achievement HORSE before they stopped doing them... lots of nostalgia in those last days of the height of Halo Re-Hype (3/Reach to 4) when 343 took over... Maybe there will be a resurgence of Halo with Infinite Forge, or Halo Next... maybe... until then, gg all.
The last main halo game to really have some charm and originality to it. I’d argue that this game stands as a last good bye to halo. With Cortana gone and the Forerunners seemingly defeated again makes this game feel final. It’s so magnificent that I’d argue it’s one of the best halo games. Also it helps it’s the last one to have split screen so I can actually play with my brother still.

Honestly Halo 4 wasn't that bad in retrospect. Definitely not as good as the Bungie games, but it was still solid overall. Maybe its just because Halo 5 left such a scar but I don't think 4 deserved as much hate as it got (and still kinda gets). Really the biggest issue for me was the change in art style and the easier game play. Seriously, me and my sister went through all the MCC Halo campaigns on legendary and 4's felt like heroic in comparison to the others.
I go back and listen to this whenever something goes bad with anything related to Halo. Like a political developer unable to separate reality from fiction with his perverse agenda against guns. But this time, I visit because of good. That the TV show was canceled. Aahh, something has gone right at least.

I wouldn’t say it was the best but…. It certainly had alot of heart in it especially in the campaign with the Chief and Cortana story and music

This is absolutely the best main menu Halo music theme. It doesn't even have the monks or the dadumdumda but it just works, and has aged so well.
how does it compare to infinite though? instead of previous games, or halo 5 and/or halo wars 2
