I received my heater yesterday. here in UK. This is not my first heater, I should say. my first impressions. I'm very impressed I haven't. used the app yet. I simply used. the remote to switch it on and off I've just tested it on what I call my test bed One negative. when examining the pump mount. I noticed the pump is mounted horizontal on mine. That. wrong. There should be at least 60 degree angle. to stop air bubbles forming in the pump and wearing it out. So I remounted mine. not far away from the original spot, but enough to allow the pump to turn slightly upwards. A minor detail. as it would take time even if it was left the way it was before it would break down. For them to advertise that it's silent I think is a severe. exaggeration. I already have diesel heaters with quieter pumps than this. You can purchase. quiet to pump separately. They usually have a green top to them rather than the black or the greyish black. And advertise themselves as quieter. And often these type of pumps have got a built in Fuel filter. The power adapter for mains use in UK. is not even legal. I. all 13 amp. Plugs. in UK have to have fuses built in them. This has no fuse. on the one provided again. Easy to chop it off and replace the plug. But the thing I am most pleased about is the fuel economy. I've already seen a few reviews and most of them. very complimentry on. fuel economy. I do find the ducting size a bit odd going up to 90mm. Instead of The normal. 75mm. Here in the UK, it's hard to find that pipe and more expensive when it is available. I thought I would try and turn the disadvantage into advantage. and hopefully get a tea piece going from 90mm And split. to two. 75mm. Giving me two outlets of heat. But no luck finding one yet. Probably after 3D print it , if I can find the appropriate plastic that will survive the heat.
