Heading to Hamilton the 3rd week in July. Appreciate the spots you pointed out. Any lure choice? Top water, soft plastics? I was there several years ago and the whopper plopper was doing well.
I'm coming down this weekend. The last weekend in July for fun with the family and was just looking for some advice on bass fishing like what depths are the fishing right now and what kind of baits? I normally fish in Missouri lakes. 7-23-2024
Great video. I will be at Hamilton Oct 14 for a few days. Are there any obvious patterns. I am from South Louisiana and not used to water I can see thru. Which colors are effective? We use a lot of Chartruese with our water clarity.
It's a lot like the summer pattern. A little deeper and focusing on brush piles, points and humps. Also, it depends on species. Brush will hold fish year around. Just search out the deeper brush in the winter and summer.
I have lived in Hot Springs a little while now, but have not found many good spots to fish from the bank. Any advice? Some small lakes or good bank fishing on Lake Hamilton?
+Joseph Fadhil On Lake Hamilton there is a Pier at the Andrew Husley public boat ramp. Also by the pier there is a lot of brush in the pocket where the pier is. Lake Ouachita State Park would be a good place to fish around the shore.

7 years and no comment. Good advice since we put in at the hatchery. Tough fishing this time of year but I'm gonna be out there trying this weekend.
