I think this talent is actually a trap.
The basic requires 1.5 seconds for channeling, 1.5 seconds for cooldown and 3 seconds before the next heal.
This talent needs 0.5 seconds for channeling and 3.5 seconds for cooldown before the next heal.
Why would you lose 0.5 seconds to focus on a heal?
Rather than being saved by a virtually instantaneous heal, you may end up doing a higher heal as a result of losing the anti-heal effect in the process by recovering over 1.5 seconds.
In other words, I don't think the adjustment is sufficient.
