I absolutely love your snaps, your UA-cam etc. Learning your recipes and recreating them has help tremendously with my depression. I have been struggling with it for along time and working on ways to cope. I found that watching your joyful spirit talk thru you recipes gave me something to look forward too. I'm not gonna pretend like I'm rich or something. But I still make time to try and recreate most of your recipes and they're all so good! Still, the struggle is very real, but your videos give me hope that someday, I too, can realize my dreams. I would love to see something on how to make brown rice, and rice medleys with some of the heartier grains, not taste like shit. Brown rice is not my favorite, but I cook it with chicken broth so that it takes on that flavor. Obviously butter is a must, but when trying to make it healthier it's like wtf do I do with this shit besides mask my disgust with butter? I saw that you use the steam packs of rice and I'm feeling so much better about using frozen rice steam bags. But yeah, healthy sides! Pleaseeee!
